DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE CASINO. IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE THEY DO NOT PAY OUT WINNINGS

Complete scam. 22 days waiting for my withdrawal… once working through the T&Cs. £250 min, called at 250% of deposit.

Helpdesk told me to directly email the payments team @ hello@sxxxdxxx,com …. This email address bounces… went back to help desk… let’s see

A completely con. Do not deposit

Awesome online casino with great games and live slots.

Literally kept my money cashed out from a sports bet and now somehow my money can’t be located. Messaged them but need to go to different department absolute bullshit please avoid at all cost.

This company offer you bonuses after your account is closed, which I closed because they were rigging the slots nobody ever wins I have photographic proof but they refuse to reopen my account as requested so that I can play the 50 GBP they said they'd put in my account it's a scam

This site a huge scam site guys.
Stay well clear from here. I lost few hundred being stupid. And didn't get over 6 quid return. Got 3 features on big bass. Couldn't believe it. I got 3 pound and 1.40 and 0.

Didn't know this was physically possible to get three bad ones in a row. The live chat laughed at me. When I told them and patronised me by repeating the same message 13 times. Stupid site. Its a con site. Even my bamk warned me. But I was daft. I suppose. Also they don't let you self exclude. And will not pay out. Regardless.

Big alert, don't waste money with this site.Big scam, take your money easy but don't want to pay out.Dont bother please, it will just take your money.Rubbish site.Big scam, big scam.

I have been emailing for over a week now to get my account closed. Account is still open and no response to my emails. Do not play here

They actually released the funds to my account and then reversed the payment and said “the bank didn’t accept it” which wasn’t the case they reversed it.
Have sent 5 emails since and had no response! Appalling
Still haven’t recieved my withdrawal 3 months later.

They closed my account and took all the winnings and withdrawal.

Sent all the identity verification documents requested and they said are not approved.

Terrible and a complete scam, avoid and report!!!!!

DONT NOT PLAY HERE !!! I deposited 30 and managed to win 500 and I wagered it so I withdrew 500 however it got cancelled cos you need to deposit at least 200 to withdraw 500 ! The minimum withdrawal is 250 but u have to have deposit 100 to withdraw that so basically it’s a scam ! Also it takes up to 15 days to receive your withdrawal but this site is a sister to betfoxx which I didn’t know at first and I also had lots of problems to too ! PLEASE don’t play here or betfoxx , I’ve got 500 on my balance I can’t withdraw! Total scammers

Helpful customer service.
Was surprised by the minimum withdrawal amount mind.
Have a good scroll through the t and c,s
Happy days money in my account within 72 hours

One star is not low enough disgraceful company. Trying to help someone self exclude and after 5 emails no response. Minimum withdrawal is £250 absolutely disgraceful.

Went on through their promotions page link. £20 minimum. No free spins even though I went through their promotion link and read the T@C. Online chatbot too slow so you give up. Email unanswered. MINIMUM WITHDRAWL £250. I have never seen a minimum that high so even if you did get the bonus as promised, by the time you wager you have no chance. You can't withdraw the money you put in so I just blew it to get rid of the ***** . Good if you are that rich you are throwing away 20 notes - then go here.
