I was tricked into signing up because it pretended to be my casino that I go to. I deposited money. Eventually I won't and decided to withdraw to be sure the site was legit. Well it's not. They made me email them so many things that is concerning because of security risks. I did it anyway, a week ago. Never heard anything back. Tried chatting with them and help says I have to wait for an email after they review and verify me! Sure didn't worry about that while taking my money! Still haven't gotten any emails and No money! Fraud! THEIR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW IS NOT TRUE. I have played on other casino sites. Being verified is done when you sign up and add money to play. Getting paid is not weeks long progress and they also don't trick and manipulate you into having to play thousands before you are allowed to withdraw a few hundred of your winnings. There are a lot of online casinos out there, with no lying about who they are and no tricks. I advise you play with them and leave these guys go under.

I have been trying to withdraw some of my winnings and it keeps denying me and telling me to contact customer service. Only there is none and that chat bot is useless this is a scam and I want the money I’ve won!!! You have no problem with the deposit but only when trying to withdraw. I need answers!!

complete scam Lord us in with a casino that we didn’t even even think existed and it does not. Almost downloaded the app looked into it and found all these bad reviews. Don’t waste your money please I hope that people are smart enough to review and ask questions and if you don’t or you didn’t, at least you learned a valuable lesson and sometimes lessons are Better. If you can pay 50 bucks for a valuable lesson that you’re gonna take with you for the rest of your life and that makes you a winner!

This is an update I originally cashed out 03/28/2025. I've finally received a check ( fedx)06/03/2025 I've made the deposit and I'm waiting for the banks approval .The withdrawal process and time period is ridiculous. I think they're more like unorganized than scammers.

I got in a hurry and saw an Instagram ad for my local casino. Like an idiot, I installed it, even ignored the warnings my phone was giving me. My husband sent me the link for this because they used our local casino as the name for the app. Once downloaded and money deposited (which they were quick to take), I verified email and did all the steps mentioned. I won and tried to withdraw my winnings and just be done but once I put in all my bank info it was rejected. Now I am worried my account will be hacked. I contacted their chat and told them to close my account and they said I still had free spins and money on it, they told me to use the free spins and then contact they again. I am not a happy camper, I just don't want my bank account hacked. Has anyone had them actually take money from their account?

100% Scam. Like someone mentioned here, they lured me in using a different casino's name on Instagram. I signed up thinking it was Yamava.

I deposited $50, they gave me my bonus and I played through their playthrough requirements doing slots and blackjack (bj counts towards requirement but only 10% of your wager counts towards).

Tried to withdraw $900 and they finally responded via email saying I abused their bonus system and said some made up clause they I violated. I simply just played and gambled lol.

Looked on Facebook and it said it was a casino in Louisiana that I've been to already. Played won ans tried to withdrawal when I discovered I had to make a total of 1000 dollars before I could cash out. I requested my payout of 1100 dollars sent all the information required. The withdrawal was approved on 5/13/25 according to the agent tjat I was emailing.Had a chat session 5/17/25 who said my payout was sent to the processor and gave me a payout ID number. Still no deposit Today 5/24/25 I spoke with another agent who said it's pending I can check in my history to view the process. All I can see is what I have played. Once you ask any legal questions they send you to the survey. Is this a scam, should this site be reported to someone? Has any body gotten paid, where's my money?

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I downloaded this game and started playing. I won over $300 when I tried to request my money they would not send it to me. I’ve played several casino games and had no issue with receiving my money, but this game site is ridiculous. I filled in all my information and it keeps saying that it’s an error. Edit...5-28-25 well I stand corrected. I was actually paid my Bitcoin winnings of $365 USD. For those wondering you need to email in your id verification. It's your license front and back and you with it and then a recent bill. What they don't say is they need to be under 2mb each and might need to be emailed separate. You will get an email back saying they are reviewing it. Once I sent them in correct format I was approved that night and paid by 10am next day.

I don't know if this is a scam site or just really poorly run. I have been requesting a payout since May 11th. I sent required documents but no way to see it's status or even if they are being reviewed. I request Bitcoin payment and it says it's requested but no other feedback. All attempts to talk to real person via email or any other form have gone unanswered.

If you win at all you will get paid. Takes a while but you'll get paid. But after that your a "skilled player" according to them. I have won a couple of time. Twice over 5000.00. Both time I cashed out the max, which is 2500.00. First time I requested a check. It took a almost 2 months and that was my fault because I needed to send them more info. Contacted Slots and Casino and they were able to walk me through it. The next Cash out I use bitcoin. After send them all the info and them walking me through everything. I had my money in three days. Used my wallet to transfer to my checking account. It was easy. The only negative is after winning the last 5000.00. My winning has come to a stop. Almost like they flipped a switch and shoot me down.
