I used this site for a while. But one day I got a notification in my account and word for word it says, time to play with a free boost dated July 18th 2026. I go to click claim since I am already logged in and in my account is where I find this, it takes me to the rewards area but nothing happens so I spent a hour on chat to figure out why it won't load, but cant get it figured out then after I get home I log back on same thing. then after clearing my cache and doing everything I was told because maybe it was my device, then when I get back on chat, the person is very rude saying they werent going to give it to me and rudely tells me that they aren't talking about the bonus anymore is there anything else they can help with. now if it was a email I would understand but I was on their site looking in my account area where they send me personal messages for just me and that is where I found this. also I have spent a lot of money with these people over the years but I never had issues because the games are good but I can find those games everywhere. but once I decided to claim a bonus even if there was a issue and I wasn't eligible they didn't have to be so damn rude. you would think with the millions of dollars these people take in every day that they would want to keep a customer who spends half their paycheck on this site every two weeks. thousands of dollars every month, right in their pockets and they want to be stingy over a measly $30. not me, not anymore. take your money to the real casino because at least their you can cause a scene. these guys just get to be jerks and there is nothing you can do about it.

All of the lv sites used to rate superior in my opinion until this past year. They won't give you a free bonus to save their own life. I am a legend 2 almost 3 on Bovada..nothing ever and I am A dollar dash or something on this site. Unless I get a kick back, I will not deposit another cent into these sites that dont care about what you have spent. Sick of donating to a lost cause and that scratcher you have is pathetic. Barely got a dollar the last time I played for the duration of the card. What an embarrassment for you all. I might change this post if they change their ways. Its disheartening to say the least and they are not in the hole, someone is stingy because they probably keep bringing in a consultant to go through the site and figure out more ways to sneak a buck to create more revenue for themselves and to piss those off that spend. I always find it a little shocking when I come to leave a positive review for worthy experiences with one of my trusted sites and I see a rating of below 4. It makes no sense! The most important factor (for me anyway) would be trusting the deposit and redemption process. After at least 6 years of this process with lv, I fully trust any dollar I deposit will seamlessly arrive to my account, and same goes for redemptions (if I am so lucky to win). They arrive near instant and anytime I have redeemed it's usually higher amounts. I have never had a doubt or concern when redeeming on this site and can say for many others I play on (even trusted ones) I do always worry a little until it arrives. If people think a casino site needs a low rating because they personally are not winning all the time, that doesn't seem fitting to leave a negative review rating. In some way that would not be in the control of the site anyway, at least if you were expecting them to be operating in a fair gaming manner. Many years back I would say that redemptions here were not the best due to a lower limit (it used to be one $2500 redemption ever three days) but that's long in the past and it's not that way anymore. I personally would even be pleased if SC sites stopped being allowed in my state. I'd gladly go back to just playing on lv ignition and bvx and know exactly what I can expect. (This was my previous review a few days ago since then they requested i submit a selfie i did and then was told it would be 48 more hours. Now i was told to chat with support but my account is STILL disabled. How will I chat with support? I just want access to my account. This casino is wrong for these practices. I of course needed to update my information in the system which I attempted on my own but it kept redirecting me to verify a number I no longer have. I reached out to customer service explained what I needed. They asked for my last four of my ssn and other identifying pieces of information. I provided it. She says im sorry that is not your correct last four. Then said I would be disabled until I provided mail proof of address. She n3ver stated if my number would be updated when I asked questions she made a statement I responded trying to understand and she disconnected the chat then my account became disabled. The footnote is I had 222 in winnings because I deposited not long before even contacting her. I immediately got my utility bill amd even provided my id as extra verification. They have not responded. I never had any issues with this casino but the way customer service behaved is very shady. Hopefully they respond reactivate my account and have all my funds still there. I used to brag about thus casino and their reps but how she acted was very unprofessional sketchy and I need someone from slots.lv to reactivate my account. Proceed with caution
