Above and beyond
What an extraordinarily patient and determined group of designers work at SlideModel. I needed something very particular for a presentation and they strove to achieve my poorly explained need until they produced something that surpassed my initial expectations. Champions all!

Manual template - no macro or smart art
I did only purchase a one day access. This allowed me to evalute the templates. Perhaps I missed some descirption prior to downloading, but these "templates" are manually drawn mind maps. There is no macro or SmartArt that allows you to easily add items or rescale ... too much manual work.

Hello Mr Wolf.
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We understand that it can be challenging when templates don’t align with your specific needs. At SlideModel, we deliberately design our templates without SmartArt to maintain flexibility and creativity in customization. However, our support team is always available to assist with any changes, and we’re happy to make modifications upon request to fit your specific requirements.
It looks like we didn’t receive a request for assistance this time, but we’d be happy to help if you need additional support in the future. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to better assist you next time!

Highly recommend Slidemodel
I'm so very impressed with the team of designers at Slidemodel. When I was looking for a specific slide design on their site I didn't find it, so I decided to ask, and as it turned out they worked with me to create the very specific design! We went back and forth until we got it. Congratulations. Thank you so much! 100% satisfied and I highly recommend this service, not only do they have over 50000 deck designs, they are great to work with!

DO NOT BUY FROM Slidemodel!
Slidemodel's products are limited and not high quality. I searched serveral different ways on this site and was not able to find a slide deck applicable to the business process I was searching for. They are antiquated. I contacted them to cancel the subscription and refund my money. They canceled the subscription and refuse to refund my money. They could have prorated the return based upon the 10 months that were left in the subscrition. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Hi, we are sorry you were unhappy with our products.
As we explained over the Support Center, you complained on March 19th about a purchase you made two months before (on January 2nd). During the period between your purchase and the date you reached out to us, our records show that you have downloaded templates multiple times. While we can help you to achieve your presentation needs, as we do with all our customers, we explained the refund was not possible in this case because it is out of the refund window. However, we took immediate action to cancel your subscription to prevent further billing and you can still use the service until the expiration date. We also offered our help to find the templates you needed. While we strive to offer a comprehensive collection that suits a broad spectrum of business needs, we are sorry that our offerings did not meet your specific requirements this time.

Great Ideas, Brilliant Recommendations & Fabulous Outcome!
I had a need for a ”revamped” technical slide and the SlideModel team was on it. They asked great clarifying questions, gave brilliant recommendations, & infused their knowledge of what graphics could articulate and took an old concept and made it fresh!

I needed a 4-legged stool template and SlideModel only had a 3-legged version. I reached out to the support team and asked if it might be possible to make a 4-legged version. Not only did they agree, but they also delivered the draft for review in only a couple of days. Outstanding service from the SlideModel team!
