No Money Back
I purchased boards and they have not arrived yet. Fed Ex says they delivered them and Slick Woody’s says there is nothing they can do because Fed Ex says they were delivered to my home. I hope whoever received my boards is having fun with them. Bought and paid for!! Lame.

We apologize for the delay in shipment. We had printing issues in December that were out of our control. We had every intention of getting orders out at our usual prompt time and were just as frustrated as you that we encountered these obstacles and had delays in shipment.
We also apologize for any issues you had with customer service. We are revamping that department for 2022.

Terrible customer service…
Haven’t used the boards yet but they look well made. However I’m giving a low review because of their customer service. After the initial communication that the order was delayed due to a printer issue there was no communication. I called customer service and kept Getting cut off. I finally reached someone in Sales who sent an email to the customer service woman. She acknowledged my order was sent by Fed ex but provided no tracking number. After no response to that request I had to follow up for again but by the time she responded my order was delivered.

No communication, No Product, No Good!
No communication from vendor.
Only heard from them after filing complaint with PayPal requesting a refund.
The excuse that they blamed to lack of communication and no product shipping was due to a printer failure.
Still haven’t received a refund because you have to wait 21 days after filing with PayPal.
Ordered the boards over a month ago. Buyer beware.

We apologize for the delay in shipment. We had circumstances out of our control with printing issues that frustrated us as much as our customers. The customer service issues we also apologize for and are revamping that department in 2022.
Terrible Customer Service Bad Product
I would not buy from Slick Woody’s/Trex ever again. I was so excited when I made my initial purchase. My shipment was delayed due to production delays. Not a big deal. But, no communication from the company to tell me so. Over six weeks I tried calling countless times, never to get an answer from customer service and no way to leave a message. Emails are not responded to quickly. When I ran into issues with FedEx delivery, they were not quick to help and in fact did not seem to care much. When I finally received the cornhole boards, they were damaged. The shipping box was good, so they shipped them damaged from their warehouse. I didn’t even try to reach out and tell them because I’m over trying to deal with this company. DEFINITELY NOT worth $450 of my hard earned money. My recommendation, find a company that cares about their customers.

Satisfied
Overall, I was satisfied with the product to give as a gift. I was disappointed on the day of opening because I noticed there were two corners of the boards that appeared to be damaged with a rippled effect in the lamination. Not sure if the damage was due to the packaging it came in with shipping or the quality of the product. I will also add that I expected the top of the board to have a legit sealed wood effect, however, it looks like a laminated wood print. Also the item did not come in time for Christmas, no discount was offered.

The only reason I gave them 3 stars because I haven’t gotten my order yet because of there printer broke an that’s not really there fault but whenever I get my order I’ll most likely change my review after we test it out

yes would never order again or…
yes would never order again or recommend anyone to your web site, very bad communication and took 6 weeks to get my product. One bag ripped after one game. I may not be a pro but bags shouldn't rip after one game.

Slight delay due to manufacturing constraints so the company paid for shipping. Got them in. Look great and play great. Very satisfied with the quality.
