For billing, know that Slickplan does not communicate with you for on going charges, no emails at all from this company. They do have my contact information in my account. So, I used the service for a few months in 2022, forgot about the subscription which was $36.99 a month, and received no notifications that I was being billed, ever. They even continued to bill beyond the card expiration in 7/2023, and that is a thing now, the credit card companies will allow it to happen. My account was inactive for over 2 years. To receive a copy of your invoices, you have to enter your email address (again) in a specific field on the invoices page inside your account. So here we are $887 later, for a small app I used on a project over 2 years ago. While yes I did subscribe and it's unfortunate our accounting department overlooked the small charge, I believe that a relationship with a company is a two way street, and they should have some responsibility in this matter. So far I have not had success in obtaining a refund.
