I was looking around Slice and accidentally subscribed to a mentor plan. I reached out to support and explained that it was not my intention to pay for a subscription, requested that it be canceled immediately and refunded in full because I had not used the plan at all. The response from them was extremely quick. They canceled my subscription immediately and provided me with a full refund. I am very impressed with how fast they responded to my questions and provided me with good customer service.

Amazing platform, highly recommend it. Also best customer service I have ever experienced. 10/10.

I initially signed up for the platform because of an author I follow on Substack and thought he was moving his content here. Since this created an overlap with my existing subscription, I contacted the support team in May 2025 to cancel the membership. Unfortunately, the cancellation was never processed, and I continued to be charged for about 10 months.

I also reached out to the author, who told me he had emailed them as well regarding the situation. Almost a year later, while reviewing my credit card statements, I noticed the continued charges and contacted the team again.

To their credit, once the issue was brought to their attention, they refunded all of the transactions. I appreciate them resolving the problem and thank them for that. I'm updating my review to reflect that the issue was ultimately handled, but I would still recommend that users keep an eye on their subscriptions to avoid similar situations.

Well designed new website. Some UI glitches here and there but nothing too annoying. Overall I like the user experience, especially the interactions with the mentor. Key messages are not buried in a conversation. Everything is clear and easy to navigate. There are a few features I'd like to see in the future and developers seem serious about improving the UX. The chat was updated recently and I think they are actively working on improvements. Reactive support. I'm giving a 4 simply because it is new and still needs some fine tuning.

Have been using slice for past 6 months and really happy with it. Perfect UI, recently upgraded. Easy Support as and when required. Way to go.

I started off with a bad review. I signed up for a trial and was automatically enrolled in a 1 year plan after with fees I was unaware of.

After discussing the situation with customer support, they did cancel my membership and was actually very good about it.

The app itself is actually really cool, I honestly like what they have built. My critique is the app fees and subscriptions from the trial I think needs to be a little more clear, but having good customer service makes up for that.

I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars for two reasons. 1: the app itself is good and 2: the customer service was very helpful. In this day and age, customer service can make or break a company and theirs was good to me.

This website uses scam subscription practices. They do not provide receipts at purchase then claim you signed up for a full priced 12 months. Their 'customer service' refuses to cancel, provide evidence of purchase or refund the money they take from your account without consent. When you insist on a refund they just stop replying to you.

I had to block them through my bank and report them for fraud.

As for the service itself, it is poor. The website is barely functional and the features extremely basic. It's little more than a rudimentary blog page. There is no real account management area which is intentional obfuscation for when their subscription scam kicks in.

Avoid them like the plague!!

Shady and scam like practices. Don't take the 12-month discount, if after a couple of months you realize you are learning nothing with your mentor there is no way for you to cancel it. You will need to report them to your bank and block the payments.

Too much trouble to save 15$ a month.

Cela a grandement renforcé ma confiance dans le choix de mon mentor. Cette transparence est importante et distingue vraiment Slice des autres plateformes comme telegram, twitter ext ... C'est un atout majeur pour tout investisseur sérieux.

Je conseille vivement Slice pour progresser dans votre trading au quotidien. La plateforme est simple d’utilisation et très ergonomique.

Vous avez la visu du ROI global et du détail pour chaque trade envoyé, tout est tracké via l’application, impossible de tricher (cf Twitter, canaux Telegram…).

Contrairement aux plateformes de copy trading où on copie « bêtement » les signaux du référent, l’objectif de Slice c’est la génération de performance via un raisonnement, une stratégie fournie par le mentor.
