SleepyHammock Anmeldelser

I had a slight problem with my order but it was resolved so efficiently I forgot I had a problem. As for the hammock I ordered, sterdy, comfortable and light as a feather if I ever have a need for another hammock I know where IL be coming 😁

Fantastic product and customer service!!!
Purchased a hammock with a stand for my husband to enjoy summer. Parcel arrived much quicker than expected. Assembly was super easy. Finish product sturdy, pretty and very very comfortable. Hammock looks great and we are very pleased with it. But what earned this company a 5 star review is a customer service!!! - Accidentally the colour of the hammock stand was not the one I've ordered. I didn't mind, as it still looked great. But the day after delivery I received a phone call from sleepyhammocks.co.uk with apology for the mistake. I said I don't mind, and don't really want to send it back... Still I was offered a partial refund simply for the colour mixed up. Even though the product itself is in excellent condition and I am very pleased with it. All this was an initiative of the sleepyhammock.co.uk. If I ever need more hammocks I would never buy anywhere else!!!

Brilliant service. Facing an issue when the hammock I wanted was no longer available the customer service team went out of there way to source me a like for like hammock to meet my request. Quick delivery and fabulous company who go out of there way.

Great hammock and frame.
Arrived really promptly - excellent service - happy customer :-)

The only problem now is the weather!

Item exactly as ordered, arrived speedily and was easy to put up. Also great customer service when I had some enquiries before purchase.

Showed up on time. Nicely and securely packaged. No damage.
Item was boxed great. Easy to assemble. And a great gift. Top trumps!

Very quick delivery from a good selection.

Good product, easily assembled without tools and comes with a carrier for easy storage or transport. Reasonably priced with prompt delivery.

Great service and really helpful - managed to get the delivery on the day i needed it despite me being very late in ordering - thank you!

Very quick and efficient service from SleepyHammock.co.uk
The replacement cushions and cover for our Globo Royal swing seat arrived within 2 days of ordering
Thank you

Haven’t seen the hammock stand as it was delivered direct as a gift, but I understand it looks good. My only comments re SleepyHammocks is that as I had questions, I wanted to speak to a human, and contacting them to do that wasn’t quite as simple as I had hoped. However, when I did connect the guy was very helpful. I would have given full marks had the communication link been easier.

As per title!

The hammock stand arrived on the due date, it was easy to put together and is an ideal fit for the hammock I bought in Cambodia.

Arrived in plenty of time for other half's birthday and she is absolutely thrilled with it thank you!

Found this hammock on another site, but bought it from Sleepy Hammock £30 cheaper! It was delivered very quickly, and is fantastic. This was a Fathers Day present for my husband, and he loves it, thank you very much

SleepyHammock was brilliant from A to Z.
The first hammock I chose was out of stock, but Aaron was reactive and professional and offered me a great deal for the inconvenience I went through. I received my hammock just before the week end (in 2 days which was incredibly fast) and now I love it!
Truly recommend 100%

Excellent customer service. I received the hammock and stand exactly when told. Also received a discount that allowed me to choose the hammock I wanted with a stand, rather than getting a different hammock. The hammock and stand are both excellent quality. Highly recommend.

I received excellent service from Sleepy Hammock. I would definitely recommend using them.

The contact from placing the order to taking dellivery was first class.

Excellent service. Very pleased.
