Excellent service today when delivering new bed and ottoman box ,I had a text yesterday to give me a time frame ,which was accurate, then a further up date closer to time and finally a phone call when they were 20 mins away.
Ismail and Majiid were both very polite and courteous, offered to remove their shoes on entry to our home .Also they were both very knowledgeable about the bed and how to set up ,very useful information given ,would be good to have more delivery drivers like Ismail and Majiid .

Abzy & Majid from giving me a call to say how far away they were, to arriving and installing the bed where I wanted. I can honestly say they were gentlemen tidy cleared all packaging show how to open and closed the ottoman.

Cheap marketing. Promo is live every single day. Falsely advertising promo time. Also beware of 60 day trial period. Hidden in policy page. There is £75 return collection fee. Not only my delivery was late but the irony is driver picked the wrong delivery van on the day of delivery and didn’t had the courtesy to inform me. Never heard such excuse. Also delivery time can start as early as 5AM which you can’t change because no one picks up the phone. Based on the quality of the product and return scam advertising with fake promo time. Don’t get sucked into it. Rather pay a couple of hundred quid more with better and reliable company then sonno.

dont wait for your bed to come earlier on the dates you ve been given as estimate delivery time frame. My bed has been delivered 2 days later than the latest day of that time frame. Two guys delivered the bed with less care by dragging your bed on the floor, leaving it on the lightly muddy floor outdoor, banging it around while carrying. Most probably they have watched how to assemble the bed for few times and assembled the bed for few times and for sure They hate what they do. They broke one of the casters while fitting. They failed to screw parts together and blaming the company as the product is made faulty.
when we come to the product itself, it is made less quality than it looks on the website. upholstery is made very clumsily. dont try to step on the bed frame unless putting the mattress, your foot may go through inside of the bedcase. one of the U clips are missing, delivery guys informed the missing part and broken part to the company for replacement but no voice from the company. from the sonnos website I informed this missing parts and received email from them they will send me replacement. it has been 6 days still no nothing delivered.
cheaper, cheaper, cheaper than it looks on the website.
I bought Tokyo Ottoman Divan Bed, received the bed on 16th of February, sent and received email for replacement on 20th, today is 26th still waiting.

Perfect delivery by Aky and Akeel. We were kept up to date with the delivery times and how far away they were before they arrived.
Everything was brought in carefully and checked to make sure nothing was missed.

Ordered a bed and mattress in December we havn’t heard anything from them yet they tried to take a payment I’ve never experienced this payment before item ? On the reviews people saying they fittted it together they put in the room of our choice yet it states they only deliver and if your not there they charge a £75 pound fee for not phyically being there ????
