Anybody who writes good reviews about…

Anybody who writes good reviews about this casino its probably them, customer service shitty, they dont even know how to write in English, they took all my money. Before account verification i was gettin a lot bonuses from spins it was very fun, after the verification it went downhill no bonuses, you just putting money and gettin nothing back. And now when i wanted to check my cashback i come to my account closed even tho i did wrote last week to delete it, its a fūcking scam, dont waste your time on here.

You requested that your account be closed, and we closed it in accordance with your instructions. At the time of closure, your account had a zero balance, so there were no funds remaining.

You also mention trying to check your cashback after your account was closed. Once an account has been closed at the customer's request, it is no longer accessible and cashback is no longer available.

After waiting nearly 2 weeks for a…

After waiting nearly 2 weeks for a reply via email still no reply.
My account was closed by Slapperzz an money wiped from my account.
This arose ONLY after I went to withdraw funds.
Months previously was tilted (as can happen after a big losing streak) and asked to close account nothing was done or come of it.
I made and was allowed to make multiple deposits after the fact.
Months later had a win an went to withdraw an what do you know account closed funds gone goodbye.
Now I have asked for the dates an times of when it was I asked to have account closed so I can pursue action.
Multiple emails and have just been ignored no replys at all.
Stay right away from this casino they use down right dirty tatics as I have explained to not pay!!

And as you will see here another 2 days and not even a reply here.
Nothing to say when facts are produced!!!
Stayyyy riighhhtt away from this casino.

Now refuse to reply to emails regarding a request of the dates I swore etc so I can go further with this case.

WARNING scam site

WARNING scam site. Have been with slapperzz.com for a while with no issues with of course large deposits and withdrawal of minimal amount were all good HOWEVER until I tried to withdraw max win ok $28k from a $2.80 wager, they said my wager wasn’t legit due to a deposit error and they took my entire balance away. They tried saying a deposit from only a few days prior was rejected and gave me the link to the bitcoin transaction, little did they know they used a deposit rejection from 4 months prior in which I didn’t receive no money anyway. Wow their intention right from the start was to send an outdated transaction claiming it was current and refuse my legit winnings. Have all proof and evidence of transactions and emails to and from support, mow looking at further action. Just keep away from this site and there are way more reputable sites to go to. NEVER trust this company ever as they are like insurance companies that will find every trick in the book not to pay!!!!!!

To clarify, the transaction referenced was not from several months prior. It was a recent transaction logged within minutes of your confirmed deposit, which triggered a standard verification process. This was already under active review and communicated to you via email.

Cashback is calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals during the cashback period, with the applicable VIP percentage applied. This applies to all withdrawals, including leaderboard prize withdrawals. In this case, a leaderboard prize was withdrawn during the same period, which correctly reduced the cashback amount. Site is just like all others but with more to offer

Site is just like all others - however at rank 2, daily free loot boxes. They offer VIP transfer from other sites. No KYC for crypto withdrawals and they are pretty quick. Customer Service is great - very responsive and always willing to help.

Noticing leveling up between the levels seem to be a bit of a struggle. Highly unlikely that once you get to level 4 you will be able to get to level 5 within the month before the points expire. Maybe just a teething/new site/growing pains but we will see if things change

We’re currently in the process of updating the program’s wording, as it still incorrectly mentions that points expire at the end of the month.

All EXP wagers are permanent, and once you reach a VIP level, it will never decrease.
