My husband ordered a top, certain size & certain colour/style. He got sent the competly wrong one 🤦🏼‍♀️ He then had go through all the process to send it back, explaining it was completley wrong, along with original email stating the correct order. Finally recieved the SECOND order & what a suprise, it’s completley wrong AGAIN!!! 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ How can the same mistake be made twice? Is anyone actually reading the orders? The styles, colours & sizes? Now he has to take time from work in order to go through the same process again to send back the second wrong top? It’s ridiculous. Not impressed at all

I've been buying this gear for a few years now, what I love about this company is the communication between (in most cases with me) Rob, and his no BS approach to answering all questions honestly, and straight to the point, I love that, they've recently moved premises which caused a delay in posting out and there was no false promises made when I contacted them, it was exactly like he said. The gear is great quality, which is why I keep going back, it does seem they have changed manufacturing lately though as they are sized smaller than they used to be, by about a size I'd say, so if you've bought their gear in the past you'll need to size up now, I don't know why as I haven't had a reply yet but it's no bother. I recommend this company quite highly, they do gear you don't find anywhere else and their prices are pretty much bang on.

Ordered from slackjaw before and the 2 xl t shirt was the perfect fit so this time i ordered anothwr t shirt in the same size taking into accont that my dimensions remain exactly the same and when it arrived it was too small .

Great trucker cap,had to wait a bit longer for delivery due to expansion of there business. But that's ok with me.

Placed order 3rd May. Chased on numerous occasions kept being told issues with the warehouse and that it was being chased. Refund requested today. Hopefully their issues get sorted as looking at these reviews, it's potentially brand damaging.

Easy enough to order and pay but I still haven't had my order. Was in touch with the company who said there was a delay but would be sorted.
Would like to give a 5* but can't.

Quick and easy, great product

Mediocre quality which doesn't quite justify the price. Sizing is off and comes up a size smaller than advertised. Despite this, postage isn't free so you'll end having to pay for postage three times when your item doesn't fit. On top of that, customer service is not great, when they do actually reply to emails and don't answer all questions asked. The supposed 48 hour postage doesn't count in my opinion when they don't bother to post it out for a few days. Your order will take around a week to arrive, based on my experiences. Overall disappointing for an item of clothing I've had my eye on for a while. The applique finish is a lot rougher and I have my concerns about how it'll look after a little wear and few washes but can only speculate at this time.
I response to the reply, I ordered the basic breakout longsleeve Tshirt which didn't qualify for free postage, then had to pay to return when the sizing was off. I then decided to upgrade to the icon longsleeve and was billed for the difference as well as postage. As for dispatch time, I was notified the next morning the item was ready for dispatch the next working day which I think was a Monday, yet it didn't arrive until the Saturday. I'm not sure what went on in between those times.

I had a bad experience with Slackjaw, so be aware of the following:
1. Sizing is different to other brands: I'm 180cm and 80kg so a slam dunk 'Large' usually. But the large long sleeve t shirt I ordered was too short in the arms and tight across the chest. I sent it back to be exchanged for an XL. But...
2. Slackjaw don't offer free returns. So I sent the shirt back via Royal Mail, but it has never arrived. Despite having proof of posting and a tracking number, Slackjaw are saying its not their problem and tell me to take it up with Royal Mail

So only order if you are sure of the sizing or happy to take on the risk if the return is lost on the post.

Most Mail Order companies offer free returns and take a most customer friendly approach to returns, it would improve their service if Slackjaw adopted this approach.

The items I have purchased so far have all been excellent quality.
Delivery times have all been good, and I will be buying more in the future.
Definitely worth the money.
