Disappointed
Ordered a hoodie from them, turned out to the the wrong size so I emailed them asking for the correct size, they told me it was out of stock and when the size I wanted came back into stock they would send it out. Exchanged multiple emails over the duration. When the expected shipping date passed I got in touch and didn’t get a reply. Then after chasing found out they didn’t send one and now they are out of stock again.
I was then offered a refund which I declined as this had been going on for a couple of months waiting for it to come back in stock. I really just want to buy a hoodie….
This may seem trivial but I just wanted to order a bloody hoodie…
Great gear, customer service isn’t great.

Slackjaw vintage black hoodie
I recently bought a Slackjaw vintage black hoodie. Only to realise I had bought the wrong size. & in the end Swapping a (Large) for a (medium) instead. Slackjaw had no hesitation in replacing. I pretty sure it won't be the last time I purchase, from them. I'd Highly Recommend. & strong 10/10 from me. Thanks!!

EXCELLENT
I took my package at perfect condition,after 25 days but i am in Greece.I bought a t-shirt with long sleeves. Excellent material....i am very happy.

Amazing trousers
Amazing trousers, comfortable great fit and cut. Nice big pockets. Handy extra elastic waste as well as belt loops .
