The web application is easier to use on chrome mobile than chrome desktop.
However we had a very good Customer Service support when needed help on finding a good deal for our trip to London.

the website does not sell plane tickets or hotel rooms but only find the best deals from other websites.
Skytripair is a nice flights search website. Some very interesting flights choices from Paris. The only issue is that sometimes it uses many times the same airlines with different prices and timings but it's okay after using the filters. The chat support agent is good.
A good price comparison site. We are still waiting for the mobile application available on android if possible.

With the current situation, our flights have been canceled by the airline multiple times and we were not able to get a refund from one of the website partners. We have sent an email to skytripair customer service to get assistance from them. Even though our issue was not on their business scope, they had taken the time to understand our problem and tried to assist us. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the refund.
Skytripair offers many options to buy tickets from different websites and airlines. Nice website and a very responsive customer service. Maybe improve the search results. Skytripair agent took the time to assist us on buying our flight tickets when I called them on the phone.
He really did a good job helping my fiancée finding the right fly. He was really patient with us, I appreciate.

Very good website with lots of different offers from their partners. As said previously in some of the comments pay attention to the luggage policy, the cheapest price may not always include check-in luggage.
I found it good that sometimes offers from the same airline are repeated but sometimes it takes two pages showing the same timings same flight same price and same airline. Please do something on that.
I have booked my flight and was redirected to trip.com which was very helpful. I have received my confirmation with airline reservation number as soon as I have paid.
I hope skytripair will keep responding and listening to reviews as they keep growing.

The search results always show the baggage allowance and policies but on some flights, we do not have the entire information simply because flyers will fly with different airlines using different policies on baggage.

a nice website that compares different options for a trip. When I made a search, the results showed me many times the same airline with the same prices but on different timings. It would better to avoid repetitive offers on the same prices which I have already told them.
I have sent an email to the skytripair team and they have replied to me within the next 10 minutes for assistance in a flight booking.
Very good customer service.
I have booked a hotel on their website for April in Paris.

Nice website to compare flight prices, however, sometimes the cheapest price doesn't include luggage.
I like the option on the search page that directly shows the cheapest offers that includes luggages!

Bon comparateur de prix pour les billets d'avion et nuits d'hôtel
Agréable et facile de lecture comme comparateur de prix pour les vols. Faire attention à certains prix bas qui n'inclus pas les bagages à enregister mais sinon site fiable qui redirige vers des partenaires pour finaliser la réservation. J'ai été redirigé sur un site partenaire qui m'a donné tous les détails du ticket et une fois le paiement fait, la réservation m'a été envoyée par email.
