Booked a ticket with 1 hold suitcase included & to end up not even being able to check this in the confirmation email after paying. It's hilarious that their confirmation email doesn't even include the number of suitcases included. So I sent an email to support and they kindly replied that my ticket does not includ a checked suitcase included lol. I mean I booked with the checked suitcase included option, how could it go wrong with that? Now cancellation fees pending.
When booking my ticket
When booking my ticket. I KNOW I put in the correct airport to leave from and return from because all I had been doing was looking for flights. I double-checked before payment and then... when I got my confirmation the airlines were flipped around. In other words, I wanted to leave from airport X and fly into Y. When my confirmation came I was leaving from airport Y and returning to X! I emailed them immediately, and to their credit, they did respond to my email promptly however, I must now either pay over 500 USD to change the ticket to what I wanted in the first place or miss my trip. Do NOT use this search engine to book your ticket, you will get scammed. The question now is will they charge me a cancellation fee? Probably....
Not a good experience
Tried to book a hotel for 1 night at Haneda airport. Skyticket offered a good deal, processed the booking, took my money but never confirmed the booking. Their website has no means to contact them. Eventually got my money back but the bigger issue is that I really needed a hotel room and skyticket just wasted my time. Ended up booking another hotel which cost me more.
Very shady
Very shady! Do not use them. No customer support. They list phone number, but it's not a valid number.
My payment never went through. I resolve with my credit card company and my card is all clear. after several attempt, I tried contacting Skyticket and no luck.
Thank god payment didn't go though, They don't have legit customer support.
I just had a terrible experience with…
I just had a terrible experience with my booking in sky ticket. Somehow the confirmation of my booking was incorrect as the return date of my flight is WRONG!!! I called and they told me that if I need to change the return date, they will charge me HKD 13,000 for 4 persons!!! Holly!!! Can you believe it what kind of rip off and unreasonable charges they are asking for making the changes in the date as my travel date is more than 3 mths later !!!! I called and they said that they don't accept cancellation and no refund at all. They suggested that I am better off spend extra money to go buy another one-way ticket myself which will be even cheaper than asking them to change the return date . It's a terrible and awkful experience! Never recommend this agent!!
Couldn't even get 48 hours to pay for ticket
So, I am trying to fly home for my sister's wedding in a couple of weeks, and sky ticket had a really good flight plan and English support, so I decided to give them a shot. I applied on Saturday for my reservation, got an email back Monday saying to pay by Sunday...the day before...and it auto cancelled. I emailed them and they reinstated my reservation the next day which was great!
Then, I tried to pay. I used a Mastercard which locked up and i had to call the company, my bad all in all, but then after they cleared that up I tried to pay on the site and it claimed that my card information was incorrect. I emailed support immediately hoping to hear back before the payment deadline the next day. They didn't email me back so I called and got ahold of an English support member. She is the only reason this is two stars. She took my reference number and looked at my account and told my there was an issue processing payment with that card and that I had to try another card. I had to call my parents to attempt to use another card but it was a large sum and needed more tone to move money around. Thus, I called back to try and get a one day extension to do this. One day.
I got a Male this time with a much thicker accent. He never took my reference number and just told me to pay before the deadline. After a back and forth of me trying to explain that I cant and need time to move money to pay, I finally just said. "I need a one day extension, then I can pay. That's all I ask." He said, "Nooo, we can't do an extension," in the most unsymapathetic voice I've ever heard.
Needless to say I will refer my international friends away from this company and I'll never use them again, which is a shame because it was almost really good.
We bought a ticket for 4 passengers…
We bought a ticket for 4 passengers where each passenger fare was about 7900 yen. When we wanted to cancel the ticket , skyticket informed us per passenger cancellation charge is more than 22000 yen. So we do not get any refund. What a joke. If your cancellation charge is 22,200, why do you sell ticket less than than cancellation charge?
Very bad experience.
海外航空券を予約したところ
海外航空券を予約したところ、予約完了メールを2営業日以内に送る、とのこと。
それから待つこと2日後に満席で予約できなかった、との連絡がありました。
航空会社のHPを見たところ全然席も空いており、そのまま予約しました。時間もかかることなく即座に予約できましたが、2日経ってからの予約なの割高な価格となりました。
・満席ならばすぐに連絡をしてもらわないと困る
・本当に満席なのかすら疑問に思われる、自分たちの対応が遅れて割高になったから満席だと断っているとしか考えられない
※私より一時間遅れて別の会社で予約した同僚は問題なく割安の価格で予約完了しております
対応も遅く、全く誠意の感じられない会社です。
disappointed..
I order 2 tickets, 2 days later I got a e-mail the way back ticket is sold out. Now all other tickets became double price and mostly sold out.
Never ever again skyticket.jp!!!
