Second rate service with very little customer service
I’ve had sky mobile for a number of years and have constant issues with signal problems. Many times it completely drops out and in some areas the 5g just hangs with no connection. The amount of data you get is also very little for your money, you can get so much more from other providers for a lot less money. They have a data roll over so if you don’t use it all it goes into a piggy bank to use if you get low in the future. This was a good thing until they deleted most of your saved data when they changed the length that it was available to only a year with very little warning meaning many people with lots all the data that they had saved had most of it taken away. I’m a platinum VIP customer with sky and spotted an offer for VIP customers which was much better that the deal that I had but when I called them to update my contract with the offer they told me it was just for a new SIM card and not my current number. The VIP offer was very misleading and they should not be allowed to advertise it as a VIP deal if it’s not available on your current sim, nobody wants to change their sim and phone number every year just to get a cheaper package. The call centre are mostly from India and communication can be difficult and many times they have hung up the call on you half way through your conversation then you have to call back and go through the whole process again with another agent each time getting more and more frustrating. I am now changing to another provider because I have had enough of the second rate service that they provide. In my opinion look elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and money.

Stupid do not use sky there are useless there customer service is wack they are idiots and the idiots they have that answer the phones are little rude 🐀s they are buttoning the phone on me 3 times while i sit on hold 20 minutes each time

“The worst company ever to deal with, Claimed they tried to contact me on several occassions — but I never received a single call”
Sky has been the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. It took them eight weeks just to acknowledge my bankruptcy and zero the account — nearly six years after the bankruptcy originally happened. Even after finally accepting it, they still refuse to correct the default date on my credit file that they added 3 years later after my bankruptcy.
What makes it even more frustrating is the communication. I received emails saying they had “tried to contact me,” yet I never had a single missed call, voicemail, or message from them. Not once. No letters either. For years, nothing — and then suddenly a default appears long after the bankruptcy should have cleared everything.
They now claim they “weren’t told” about the bankruptcy, even though every other creditor received the same information and updated their records correctly. I’ve explained it over phone calls, emails, and messages, sent them my official bankruptcy paper work but it feels like they don’t understand what I’m saying or how credit reporting even works.
The lack of communication, understanding, and accountability has caused unnecessary damage to my credit. Truly the most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with.

No customer service at all, you can't complain to anyone in authority.
The call centre staff are thieves and liars.
They openly admit that they allow scammers to access your account.
I recently returned a new mobile phone which was incorrectly sent to me ,incorrect model, colour etc.
4 months later I am still being charged for this phone.
I phoned them yesterday 30/12/25 to explain AGAIN, resent the royal mail proof of postage photograph, only to be told that the scamming member of staff had sent me a QR code which had the phone delivered to a house in Lancashire.
I have now cancelled my direct debit with them, I will repay anything I owe , but only when they sort themselves out.
I hope they send me to court.

Absolutely shoddy
Purchased phone from sky August 2025 by October 2025 phone was freezing was was sent back to sky 3 months and 31 people later December 29th 2025 still not been sorted however they charging me 4 phone which is fraud suffice to say will not purchase another phone from them
Shocking customer service
Only giving 1 star as I cannot go lower. The customer service from Sky is absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced. After initially calling them this morning to order a new phone (already a customer with them) - 2 hours and 5 people later, I now want to cancel my existing contract as soon as possible. Avoid!!
No loyalty for existing customers
Been with sky tv for over 20 years and phones/sims for around 10 years, got 4 sims with them for the family, just come to renew the sim contract , so called them to get the deal shown on compare the market, but apparently they don't match the deal for existing customers, it's only for new customers, basically they don't want to look after their existing customers, very bad business model, you can't rely on new customers coming to join them but they will be losing 4 contracts for existing contracts.bye sky mobile
Liars, and thiefs
Sky are robbing customers, daylight Rogers, dpd drivers are delivering fake phones to customers, and working with sky, who are charging them. All customers service indian are jyst liars every one of them. Just robbing customers, nothing is done about it, please somebody complain and make them pay for it. Ombudsman please help and investigate Sky. Robbing customers.
I ordered and received a iPhone air that was blacklisted
I ordered and received a iPhone air, there was no sealed film packaging. The phone would not allow me to transfer data plan or phone number. I phoned sky customer services, they informed me the phone is blacklisted ( a new phone ). I believe they sent me out a returned phone, which is in all intents and purposes a second hand phone, although charging me new prices. I have requested to return this phone, will see how that goes. Beware buying sky iPhones.
This is a disaster customer service
This is a disaster customer service, I bought a package then I realised where I work there is no signal ive reported that to the relevant team and been told someone will get in touch with me, ive waited for months and months I kept chasing the customer service and asked to make a complaint and pass me to a manager I was told managers as we based in India they leave early, sometimes they decline the call because the simply can't solve the matter, I made decision to leave this horrible company as ive been paying over £72 monthly for a service which is not working, and I did not even get a refund or some compensation.
Avoid a Contract with this Company at all costs
The worst customer service ever. Only talk to Indian call centres who are rude and unhelpful. Got a new sim only deal for 6 pounds a month and had problems from the beginning, they took 4 days to transfer my number over and then 4 days later sent me a text saying I had used all my data even though i had been at home using wifi the whole time and my account said I still had all my data. Since they sent that text i have not been able to use data outside of wifi, have called four times and customer services have accused me of lying about even receiving the text and then that I had used all my data and what my account says is actually inaccurate. I have just been sent a replacement sim and guess what, still no data. I have made a complaint and am hoping to cancel this contract. DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.
Avoid sky mobile
My phone broke after only a few months of having it instead of replacing it they lied and said it needed to be repair and replace wasn’t an option they’ve now lied on 8 separate occasions told me my phone is fixed and will arrive mon then again Friday I’ve now been without a phone nearly 3 weeks I’ve requested my call recordings as is my legal right and taking it to ofcom and further. Sky believe in better well i do now id avoid sky at all costs customer service is the worst ive ever experienced
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Phone broke and they arranged for me to return and they would send a replacement. Emailed me to say they had received the broken phone, but now still charging me saying they haven’t had it. Didn’t send a replacement and left me in the dark. No response received from my official complaints.. AVOID Sky!!
Really poor customer service
Really poor customer service, especially when you want to cancel a phone contract. Women I spoke too basically told me to move a wall mounted Sky glass TV off the wall to find the serial number due to convienently not being able to send a code to my registered phone. When I told her that is health and safety and dangerous, she put me on hold. What a tool!!!!

Absolute retards at sky, wouldn't trust them to run a bath. Customer service is in Delhi as level of spoken English is primary school level.

Well what can I say, really not happy with SKY MOBILE My auntie has been in hospital for just over a month in America, I have been using WhatsApp to video call her on her daughter mobile whilst she is at the hospital. I have since received a higher than normal bill. The reason they said was that I phone America on a landline, which is impossible as her daughter is just visiting the hospital. Only to be told “my supervisor said we can take £30 of the £100 and odd bill”Hence my reply was when is my contract up, if you can not decipher landline from mobile your in the wrong business. I only changed from 3G after 20 years due to network issues. Oh but now 3G has joined with Vodafone. Soooooo looking forward to ending this contract with Sky mobile Bye SKY MOBILE on the 6th of October 26 and Hello 3G with better tariffs and seevice

I'm talking saga of 4 mnts due to a phone having been sent for repair that got lost in post!!!!!I cannot believe i ever fell for that 💩 of going w them!!!!!!everything's fabulous when you want to join but any problems n you're in the dumps n I pay nearly £200 per month for the phones!!!!! As soon as the contracts end I'm out!!!!!!!
