Skycrown casino, I want my $6000 you "assured me that my money will be returned as soon as possible". Full of lies, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of emails sent back and forth... Over 6 months waiting, continue to receive emails telling me that I'll be notified via email "shortly", or "very soon", has been going on for months and months! Provided evidence supporting my claim (CCTV footage, payroll records for that particular day, mobile phone records for that particular day, 2 statutory declaration forms sighted and signed by NSW Police), the responsible/relevant, appropriate department are thoroughly reviewing, I've kept every single piece of communication since the very beginning, every email and correspondence including the initial communication with VIP manager via WhatsApp. Round and round in circles, some emails have even been unrelated or completely irrelevant ( as mentioned I've kept every single piece of communication), and times when received email asking to provide some clarity and information on my issue so they can look into it? Then next email tell me there reviewing it. But be emailed number of times informing me that, they "assured me that my money will be returned as soon as possible" and still hasn't, just isn't right! I've also been falsely accused of being abusive and used threatening language toward support, something which I disagree with (have emails of prior emails sent showing none whatsoever) and am possibly looking to sue those whom have falsely claim what they say! And furthermore have sent a letter of demand and not heard from them to date. Legal proceedings will follow shortly, I think $600000 is fair, x1000 the original amount of $6000. Early November to now, still talking in circles and no closer I'm to receive my money but...

Well I found that being a VIP member at this casino really means nothing. Theres No benefits. Actually the more you play the worse it gets. They were great in the beginning but now i see its alot of false advertising. They claim 24 hour personal manager and that was great when sam was working but then they put Eva on and your lucky if she will even respond at the earliest 3 days from when you message. And then when she does nothing is resolved and she disappears for another 3 days time . I honestly don't know how this site has some good reviews. Biggest scam of a casino I've ever seen. I made a depsoit that never got credited and after 4 days or bullshit back and fourth provided all the information required they just said. "so unfortunately, these funds have been lost.

I'm going to continuously write reviews so that I can help people steer clear of borderline illegal activities this site practices.
They have responded to my reviews on Trust Pilot but not one of my emails or messages around purposefully delayed withdrawals.
Out of all the 300+ reviews and of the numerous negative reviews, they have used this tactic to swindle 100s of people out of their money, me included.
I've also looked in to these positive reviews. Most of them, I've checked, are fake reviews, those people don't exist, I checked :)
Still no response, so I played through the remaining balance and deactivated my account - guess what? While playing they kept wiping my balance for no reason. Also, didn't respond once to any of my other emails around withdrawal but emailed me immediately when I requested account deactivation.
I have complained to the gambling commission and my only mission moving forward is to prevent others from feeding them.
$2500 down the drain, and while I don't mind losing money (it is gambling), I don't like being lied to and actually conned. That's what this site is, a complete con.
If anyone else deposits roughly around the same amount as me and my review can STOP four or five people from playing with SkyCrown that's $20k weekly profit they won't get. Come on people let's work together to stop SkyCrown from operating.
