Deposited plenty of times have even withdrawn a few times without issue until I become VIP member then it becomes longer waiting period for withdrawal
We finally had a lucky win of 30000 after depositing thousands and request withdrawal straight away but only in 7500 lots as that apparently dialy limit
A couple weeks went by still processing nothing changed virtual chat gives automated responses and then told VIP manager will deal with it but he disappeared off face of the planet after messaging flat out complaining and wanting to know where my money was I got a deposit of 6000 into my bank then that where even more headaches began it was as if it was a shut me up payment all of a sudden I wasn't verified my withdrawal rejected and when I logged back in all my funds of 24000 have completely disappeared don't no where they went and when I was in chat they told me they suspended my account because I wanted to complain about all sudden not being verified and money disappearing and their response was that they don't even know what funds I'm asking about
How does 24000 just disappear now I can't even log into my account they have disabled it and I can't get access to anything
Complete and utter scam do not play ever

I am only rating 1 as there isn’t an option to rate 0.
I am a vip at skycrown and have deposited a lot of money and have never before had issues with withdrawals. I’ve withdrew 100 to 1500 and always had it paid out within the same day or at least a day maximum.
I won 2100 yesterday and requested a withdrawal it’s now been over 24 hours and I have still not received my winnings. I’ve contacted support, the live chat my “VIP manager” who never even responds don’t even think it’s a real person and don’t understand why were allocated a vip manager or a vip status when it doesn’t prioritise fast payments being vip your manager is non existent it’s just overall a bunch of crap to try and get you to keep depositing. I don’t even think the support team at skycrown are even humans, more so AI generated responses which is why we never get a personalised answer or actual support to any inquiry. Honestly stay away from this casino they will try to withheld your winnings as long as they can in hope you cancel the request to play and loose all your winnings.

Just an update-
I did receive my
Winnings and my vip manager did end up responding. However the level of communication and transparency at the start was appalling and it needs a lot of improvement.

They let you deposit as much as you like but then when you go to withdraw you must fight them for weeks and weeks and still not get your money its a complete scam website and I would need sign up to this.
