Always a want more documentation sent it to them but want more and more. Don’t reply to emails for days on end and are rude and un helpful! Would not go through them again never had issues like this with any other casino EVER!

I have deposited so much over the last couple weeks on this site - moving away from my usual. Went to withdraw my winnings and my account got frozen. I have to declare my income with proof. I have never had to do this on any other gaming site ever and have recieved my money no problem. This site is a scam! Asked for time frame and couldnt even give me an estimate of when my account will be fine. Still have money in my balance and cannot even use it. Disgusting. Will never be using this site AGAIN!!!

I was playing some blackjack on skycitycasino.com and I happened to make a joke about my rent money, like countless times before and like many people do. The dealer and a couple people laughed. Come to today I get an email telling me I've been banned for 2 years so I follow up with customer support and she tells me there's nothing they can do which is BS. They tell me they have obligations but apparently no obligations to their customers as I was never contacted in regards to my joke, no investigation just a blanket 2 year ban. Alongside the account verification issues many people experience and loss of winnings.. I would reccomend chosing a different site if you wish to gamble your money in a fair and respectable platform.

Skycity has no exclusive games that you can't find on any other website anyway. Skycitycasino is not affiliated with the NZ casino and thus you should not expect a degree of professionalism from this service.

Got a reply from this Casino 2 days after my initial findings.How not to pay out winnings is to dispute Authenticity.This company fails to authenticate a current passport they need to be removed from NZ sites,Most NZ Casinos and overseas are trustworthy.AVOID THIS CASINO They will take your money no problem but will not pay out!!!!If you email the site it is a computer under the reference Skycrown Team You will get nowhere trying to get your winnings…

The room we stayed in should have had a balcony but never did we paid for breakfast but even though our online booking said breakfast included they told us we had to pay for it. The room was not worth the money and when we said about breakfast they didn’t care. More or less said to bad. Never stay at this place again.

Damn! It’s a SCAM! lol puts your account on hold when you’re already on the number 2 spot and freezes your account and ask to verify documents which was i think an overkill to examine them in 2 days. Bye money!

Great experience😊, don't know what all the fuss and negative remarks are about. As long as you are transparent and know the right questions to ask, then you should be ok. Be sure to always verify account before playing to avoid any complications.

Totally terrible. We were playing fine until a dealer come in with different rules and etc. why didn’t they standardised their customer service or dealer rules? The dealer blackmail us to call for supervisor and she did. The supervisor came and didn’t help to calm down the situation, only redirect her to new table rather than a cool off period. When I was raising a complain and trying to clarify a clear explanation, they immediately raised up the wall by calling more guards and Māoris, accusing me being intoxicated and causing a scenes. All I wanted was a clear expectation on the next step once I raise a complaint, instead they chased me out from the casino and accused me being intoxicated. The manager became cold and said I have to attend more customer but in fact he was using computer. They asked me to step back and I did cause I didn’t wana make it look terrible but doing so, they said I am creating a scene???

I never write reviews for anything but these guys take the cake for dodgy s**t and have to try and warn people. I signed up cause like many others since its a "New Zealand" online casino.

There was a promotion where they match up to $150 of your deposit, I jumped on their live chat and was told with that bonus offer you can only bet a maxmimum of $5 and you have to keep playing until your played amount of total bets = the deposit + the bonus amount (ie. $100 dollar deposit + $100 dollar bonus = $200 total). I thought this was weird but thought no worries thats easily doable to get a extra $150 to play with.

Upon depositing and playing the required amount of games I still couldn't up my bet size so i spoke to customer support again, he then told me that I actually have to play $2000 worth of bets, i told him i was told completely different and that its also impossible for me to even do such an amount at $5 bets.

Also there's 2 sections in the wallet "cash" and "bonus" when you place a bet it takes from your cash/the amount you deposited then when you win it gets added to the bonus. Even though I am up my initial deposit and bonus I am not allowed to get my initial deposit back, only the bulls**t amount -what i have won that is now in the "bonus" account.

I then tried to forfeit the the bonus and withdraw my balance (which is at a loss even though i made money) and they wont process the withdraw as apparantly i have wagered my original deposit when I have that twice over.

Did end up finally getting paid out to which i was suprised.

Just pathetic I prayed here thinking ill play a nz brand seem as I'm a kiwi and at first it was all right then when you win they just no end to the extra verification I was already verified and sent my sorce of income as I'm self employed, and man they just asked for more and more even demanding to see a years worth of my tax payments to ird the nz tax people I just give up keep the money u fools. As soon as you try yo withdraw your account will be frozen and you will be asked to verify your account, I have sent documents back and forth for 3 weeks and still no luck. It only took 1 minute to deposit 😀

Unprofessional and poor service. They would not unblock my account which was done by another casino that was done without my consent and refuse to answer my questions. Also didn't offer any help or options this casino said go back to the other casino we can't unblock you and ask them to do it hahaha it's your bloody casino your working for lady!!
