In our time of bereavement ...Skycasket made a choosing a casket very easy....we choose the gunmetal 20 gauge steel silver ... the customer service representative we spoke to on the phone was very professional and assured us that this would suit our budget and desired specifications and appearance. They offered a significant savings compared to other companies. The entire team was helpful and went above and beyond to make the process off purchasing shipping and clearing it seamless. Thank you for making this sad occasion an bearable experience.

I can’t say enough positive things about SkyCaskets. They were extremely helpful, empathetic, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s SO rare to come across a company that truly cares about the families they serve, but SkyCaskets went above and beyond. Matthew has been an absolute blessing in our life, working with him has made such a positive impact in our families life during the hardest time of our lives. This company is terrible. We had a child pass and this company took complete advantage of us. First, they sent the wrong size. We ordered a 36-inch casket and was sent a 33-inch one and refused to let their driver take it back and told us to hold it until they could resell it. It has been almost 8 months, they refuse to return calls and now they are telling us to pay to ship it back to them and pay a restocking fee. Do not use this company.

When a funeral director and his staff go on and on about how beautiful a casket is, and then remark on the outstanding price and quality, you know you did business with the right company. Matt assured me and followed up with me every step of the way. Mom was laid to rest like a deserving queen. Trust me we were so nervous to buy online. But wow, we have no regrets. Thank you Matt and team.

My sister and I were a little hesitant to order a casket online, but I was very expertly guided through the process by the company rep. We ordered the Misty Rose Casket, which was beautiful and of great quality. It was very similar to what was offered at the funeral home at a higher price. It was delivered directly to the funeral home in the short time frame that was stated.

I was very pleased dealing with Sky Caskets, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone during their time of need.

Great people, Matthew was a big help on talking to me and my wife what we wanted for our son he help every step of the way, and Shane done a hell of a job on designing the wrap we wanted for our and also did a hell of a job on the panel thank you guys very much and thank you all for taking care of us as well

They were great at walking me thru the process. My daughter was an avid Hello Kitty fan. This company custom made Kaiya’s casket. It was beautiful and everything I had hoped for.
They were quick to get it finished and shipped to us in a few days. Their work is phenomenal and everyone loved it.
I know my daughter loved it as well.
I would recommend them to everyone wanting to personalize their loved ones final resting vessel.
You guys did an awesome job! It did not make the situation any easier but their craftsmanships made sending my daughter off on to her next journey less to worry about . Kaiya looked comfortable and I know she was smiling down and feeling special .

I called Sky Caskets hoping to find an affordable option over what the funeral home offered. Mathew was so helpful and guided me to ensure I purchased the correct size casket and color. I received text picture of my options. The price was affordable. We were done in record time. I appreciate Mathew for lightening the heaviness during this difficult time. This was the most wonderful experience at this sad time. I just contacted Skycaskets on a whim and they handled everything so professionaly it was unbelivable. Time wasof an essence but they came through like champs. I will definitly recommend them to family and friends.

My experience with Sky Caskets exceeded my expectations. Matthew listened very well to details.I thank Matthew and Shane for easing some of the pain (although I will forever miss my Dad) from my family and I with such an amazing, beautiful masterpiece fit for any President of The United States of America!!
Helpful hints: 1.know exactly what you're looking for and your budget because these guys are eager to please their customers.
2. Give them at least 3 to 4 days to deliver your casket.
3. Confirm your delivery date at least the day before delivery.

Sky Caskets provided superb customer support offering a great product at a price far below what families are being charged at funeral homes. This company is on the level and delivers on its pronises.

I felt VERY swindled by this company. The man who answered the phone who said he and his father were the owners did an incredible amt of fast talking, cross talking, saying this and that, etc. and I had to try and navigate talking to him, my feelings of loss, my siblings, and their feelings while planning the funeral. He DEFINITELY took advantage of our emotional state and had me sign for a casket that was nearly 3x the posted price inside of a 10 min call. This was among the worst customer service interactions I've ever had!

The reply to this review from the company did not address my concerns regarding me being in a locked contract due to a high pressured, fast-talking manner including saying things like, this has to be signed (and processed) 14 minutes in order for it to get on the truck! The man on the phone was NOT patient, did NOT go through things in a detailed, patient, respectful manner. What an amazing experience. At such a fragile time, it was so refreshing to speak with Matthew and Shane and purchase a beautiful casket for our dear mother. They made this task such an easy one. I would not hesitate using them again for any casket needs we may need in the future!

I purchased two Carolina cedar caskets from Sky Caskets in February of 2023. They were air freight shipped to me in a timely manner. My beloved wife and soulmate of 53 years passed away on Jan. 01, 2025. My son and I unpacked the heavy cardboard shipping and storage crate and couldn’t believe our eyes. It was absolutely beautiful, even more so than on the Sky Caskets website! We received many positive comments about it at my wife’s wake and funeral mass. One of the funeral directors at the local funeral home that handled the arrangements said that the casket was the most beautiful and well crafted he had ever seen! I would highly recommend Sky Caskets to anyone making final arrangements for their loved one.

The website was easy to read and understand the styles offered, as well as the pricing. However, I discovered the best way to buy one is to not wait for the person to die, but to order it about 2 weeks before. I was told to wait until death. I ended up paying 1500 dollars in unnecessary expedited shipping.
