Matthew helped us to choose the type of casket that we were looking for. We chose the gunmetal as we wanted one in silver but not glossy. It is to be shipped in plenty of time to the funeral home. We appreciate his help in getting this taken care of with his guidance as we've never purchased a casket online. Thanks again Matthew!!

I needed to find a casket rather quickly for an unusual circumstance. The majority of the decision-making, as well as the funding for my loved one's funeral expenses, fell on me and my husband. Truth be told, I had never before purchased a casket, let alone, online. I didn't know if we could do that or if we needed to purchase from a Mortuary. Using my cell phone, I Google-searched and did, indeed, see several website listings for caskets. I attempted to contact several website companies via the links and phone numbers listed. Skycaskets was the only company that responded. I used the listed phone number, and a real person answered my phone call. Matthew was cheerful and friendly from the first "hello" when he answered my call and to the very end of our conversation. He was quite helpful and spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the process for obtaining a casket. In fact, he went the extra mile and personally delivered the still-in-the-box casket that I was looking for! He was generous in not charging us extra fees for his very personable service.
The casket was the perfect size and color and design for my loved one, who I needed it for. It was so beautiful! Both the interior and the exterior of the casket were constructed of quality materials and with fine workmanship.
My husband and I met with Matthew on two occasions. He was absolutely delightful to visit with. We didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase from Skycaskets.com. He was honest and so helpful to us in making decisions that needed to be made in a limited time frame. I feel like we gained a trusted friend.

Primarily, I am a believer. My mother, who recently passed away, dedicated her life to serving God and others. Today, I visited the funeral home and was astounded by the extensive mark-ups on the caskets. I began searching online for caskets, as my mother’s service is scheduled for four days. Unfortunately, everyone I contacted was unable to deliver in time. My Hail Mary prayer was Skycaskets, and then, to my astonishment, God answered! Matthew was exceptional, and the price was remarkably affordable. The delivery will be two days ahead of schedule! My heart is overflowing with gratitude. The guys were very friendly and accomodating and the caskets are much more reasonably priced than in the funeral homes. I ordered a Marine Corps design for my husband. I was going to pay on time but a best friend of my husband's stepped in to pay in full and those guys worked with him. They continued to call and text to make sure everything was going alright.

Talk about efficiency and high level of professionalism. Matthew and Shane made this process seamless. I would highly recommend them to all looking to buy a casket.

The caskets are not as advertised! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY LOOK AT THE 1 star reviews. Look at the 5 star reviews. DO not get swindled. I was swindled out if 4k for a casket that was not suitable for burial. I have the pictures and receipts, text message and emails to prove it. It is truly sad that these crooks are doing this to people mourning.

Skycaskets can deliver a decent casket at a much lower price than typical funeral-home rates, and many people say the service was compassionate, timely, and helpful during a tough time.

These guys were so helpful and sweet. They stayed on the phone to help me fill out my order. Im glad I came to this site.
