Very responsive. Sometime things can take a day or 2 at most, others concerns are addressed within an hour or so. Very happy with their responsiveness.

They constantly update their courses with things they thoroughly test and implement in their businesses, it's like they're on a mission to provide value constantly.

The way they present the information is precise, they don't beat around the bushes. And their customer support team is extremely responsive and highly dedicated to solving any issues you may encounter, it's like they make your problems their own.

As someone who has invested in several e-commerce courses, I can certainly and without a doubt say that they are great at what they do.

Over the last several years I've invested in several of SKUP's POD programs. Excellent training. Excellent customer service as well. Friendly and knowledgable. Ben and the rest of the SKUP team gets it done.

I love that they are willing to basically hold your hand in the process of teaching you how it all works. They are great with trying to keep you thought process positive. It's easy to get lazy.

Information leader Ben was absolutely amazing. He gave me all the information I needed and the fact that I could reach out and make an appointment with him was stupendous. The program guides were gone over and I was given step-by-step instructions as to what I needed to do next. This company is doing great explaining things correctly I'm a beginner and they help me understand a lot of stuff. Coaches are really helpful as well and kind!

I have reached out to Skup Support several times for a variety of requests. In my prior experience, I have had to wait 5-6 days to get a reply and then continue to wait for action to be taken on my requests. However, I reached out to support this afternoon for a website design issue and Carlo promptly replied and took action on the issue. Carlo provided excellent customer service. I hope to receive this type of response/ customer service from Skup again.

I am really astounded at the commitment of the Skup team to help me & others understand, learn and assist us to improve & succeed in our own businesses. It’s amazing to get new & the latest information being shared without any hesitation. The excitement is unreal & incredibly seen & felt from both the commentators & the zoom community during these meetings. The zoom is very interactive & the questions asked keep us on our toes but the responses from others on the zoom are distracting & it would be great if I could turn them off. But despite this minor distraction, I’m so pleased I joined & am getting the help I need.

Been impressed and appreciative with the customer service and support from account set up to ongoing training. Received informative and easy to understand sessions to learn and grow and even though not a computer expert...have been able to follow along and gain understanding of the material. Each time I have had to reach out for customer service, a response was always rendered and I am confident that the staff have only the very best interest at heart to truly help become a success in this new way of doing business. Highly recommend this program to anyone.

Joining SKUP has been a great experience so far. They provide you with all the resources to get your Ecommerce store up and running. I really like that they are proactive in making sure you are on track before attempting to sell any products. The staff are so supportive and the methods taught in the course are up to date and useful. The only thing you're responsible for is making sure you stick to the plan suggested and implement everything that is taught in the modules. I'm glad I came across SKUP and am always trying to improve upon what I've learned. I was able to make sales within the first few months of joining the program and am hopeful that more success will come through the methods and resources provided in the program.

Unlike many of the training programs out there, Devin and Matt are in the trenches and operating their own online businesses and are willing to share all of the methods behind their success.

The community is invaluable and combined with the weekly training sessions as well as a library of valuable training programs and recordings of all the live training you have access to everything you need to succeed.

As long as you are prepared to follow the system and put in the effort there is no reason you won't succeed.

Training provided is incredibly comprehensive- you will get out what you put in.

What I appreciate most is content being presented from a holistic standpoint- meaning each piece serves a purpose.

Even more so- the team is incredibly supportive, receptive to feedback and share their own goals and areas of improvement w/ taking immediate action.

In general I’m not a fan of fluff - was seeking guidance and a clear framework focusing on steps that actually move the needle- accountability- and realistic expectations.

Community is genuinely supportive and an environment that fosters growth, celebrates wins, and continues to share constructive feedback.

If you want results- ready to put in the work- have a team of seasoned professionals who keep it 💯 , then look no further.

You don’t know what you don’t know- I wasted time with watching material from the sidelines, initially joined free group and viewed podcasts via youtube (content they are willing to provide and is also solid), BUT there is NO comparison to the experience and wealth of information received when joining Incubator.

Ultimately my fear of failure/financial hardship was debilitating and still a work in progress, but can say with affirmation- best decision ever to join - this isn’t just about learning how to create a successful brand/ecommerce site- this is about changing your life and taking a deep dive- solidifying your core values.

Cherry on the cake- joining a new family of like minded individuals, a community who understands your journey, and working towards becoming the best version of you.

Each part of the program serves a purpose; necessary and applicable to all areas of not just your life, but your family’s life.
