Impressive personal service
Fantastic personal service from Robert. He spotted that I was having problems paying for my goods due to an over zealous bank thinking I was being scammed, and reached out to me. He then sent my order out immediately and delivery was attempted 2 days later, sadly I wasn't in to receive it. Again Robert reached out to inform me. It's so refreshing to be dealing directly with a human being and one who is genuinely concerned about your order. Thank you Robert, I wish you well with your new business and also many thanks for the extra gift, most appreciated. I can't post results on yet as not had a chance to use the product, but as soon as I have I will be back.
