I’m in the sun 6 hours per day and no longer dehydrated! Previous brands left me puffy from too much sodium; that has not been the case with Skinsalt. Love the peach but honestly, all of the flavors are great! At 55 I’ll take all the help I can get! Thank you skinsalt!

I’m really happy with the packaging and taste of skin salt!! I am also really hopeful about the results with using this product over time. I ordered summer peach and I LOVE it. I can taste the salt mildly, which I actually love, but it’s not strong. Maybe I’ll post another video in 90 days and be glowing!! 😊

Been using the skin salt electrolyte mix and the collagen for about two weeks now. I do feel like it is helping with hydration during these warm summer weeks. The collagen does have a taste so I did not like it in my coffee, which I drink black. After watching the welcome video I took the suggestion and started mixing up my "cocktail" of electrolyte mix and the collagen in my water bottle at night with cold water and lots of ice. It's ready to drink after my coffee and just before and then after my yoga class. The flavor of the peach is refreshing, a bit subtle, which I find perfect for mornings. I have other hydration sticks I like so the difference maker will be if I see any difference in my skin in the coming months. I'm really hoping so.

Love Salt Skin! I drink 2 packets every day! Great flavors and taste. I have noticed a change in my skin after 2 weeks of daily use. Also love the face wash.

Tastes wonderful and I don’t skip a day!

I was pleasantly surprised by the peach flavor that I ordered. It does taste like peaches. The suggestion to use 24-28 oz of water is good. I go with 20 b/c I'm drinking at night and don't want to overload water just before bed, so while there is a slight salt edge to it, it is fine and the peach still comes through. This particular blend also does not sit on my stomach like some other brands which is a huge bonus.

I have tried all the electrolyte/mix brands and Skinsalt is my absolute fav!!! The passion fruit sunrise is the bomb! I love the flavor, it’s not too overpowering but still strong enough to have the right amount of YUM! I put one in my first 1/2 gallon jug in the morning and it carries me through the crash that I normally have after my coffee, sometimes coffee(ssss) Hahha I can honestly say that it’s helped me feel awake, ready and alive! I love it and it’s now a nonnegotiable part of my day 🩷

Skin salt is the real deal! I’ve used other hydration packets and Skin salt surpasses them hands down! Taste great and you genuinely feel better afterwards. Chefs kiss!

i have tried many electrolyte brands so gave Skinsalt a try. Very pleasantly surprised at how truly delicious it is and excited about the added benefits for skin health. looking forward to seeing some changes in my skin!!! i can't even pick a favorite flavor, they were all amazing.

I have low blood pressure and ended up in the hospital (most likely dehydration.) My doctor told me I shouldn't drink plain water all the time because it flushes electrolytes out of my system. I've tried many electrolytes but I really like skin salt because the flavor is good (I love both lemon/ lime and summer peach!) When I drink it I feel good, not jittery or overly sugared, or like my kidneys are overloaded. I have not been drinking it daily so I cannot comment on skin improvements at this time, but it certainly isn't hurting it. I feel like I glow a little bit but can't completely attribute it entirely to skin salt.

I am in love with this electrolyte! I have tried so many companies, and this is by far my favorite ever. I can’t imagine ever being without it. This is the best electrolyte I've ever bought. I'm obsessed with it! Can't get through the day without it now. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. Amazing company that really cares. Give them a try and see for yourself.

I’ve always been hesitant about salt water because I tend to get bloated easily, but that wasn’t an issue with Skin Salt at all. I don’t feel bloated in the slightest, if anything, it actually seems to help me feel less bloated. Since moving to the desert, I’ve been drinking a lot more water and started feeling lightheaded, so I knew I needed something to replace my electrolytes, and I knew exactly which ones to get. Even before getting into the skin benefits, I have to say Skin Salt is the best-tasting salt water out there every flavor is amazing, but I always go with passion fruit because it’s my favorite. I also feel a boost of energy every time I take it, it’s not like caffeine, just a clean, good, energized feeling without causing the crash after. The best part, though, is all the skin benefits from the ceramides and hyaluronic acid. I already use those daily in lotion form as part of my skincare routine, but being able to take them orally is huge because you get benefits beyond just your skin. For example, hyaluronic acid taken orally can help lubricate your joints and support bone health and it’s genuinely hard to find a good oral source of it for your daily routine. Skin Salt makes that easy. I’m obsessed — I take it every day, and I add an extra packet when I’m intermittent fasting, which really helps keep my energy levels up.

I enjoy the taste of Skin Salt. That being said, I am not a huge fan of "flavors" being present in the ingredients listing as this is a catch all and can include all sorts of "bad ingredients". I did the bulk package of 4 boxes to get the discount but did not realize they were being sent every month. This is a bit annoying - who can consume 4 boxes a month? I reached to cancel and they responded within an hour. So great customer service. I was impressed they were so responsive.

Skinsalt is my new office-mate! It's great for when I need a mid-afternoon boost and a change-up from water. It would be nice if the packaging closed up a little nicer, I have the box kind of jury-rigged to close. I don't love that it has stevia and monk fruit extract as sweeteners, but it's not terribly noticeable. So far the Summer Peach is my favorite flavor out of the few I have tried, and I am not usually into peach-flavored things.

Love these, I’ve seen a difference in my skin and have not had any post-run foot cramps since starting one a day!
