Did Not Receive Purchase and Poor Customer Service
This review is in regards to order number 224359.
I purchased 3 sunscreens as a gift for a family member November 27, 2025. Around December 10, 2025, I noticed there was hardly any tracking information/ movement. Tracking page was saying the item shipped, but nothing more. I contacted SkincareByDrV to see what’s going on. Around December 18, 2026, I discovered my shipment was held by Canada customs on December 3, 2025. I contacted Canada customs and was instructed to ask SkincareByDrV and the shipping company 1) what Canadian courier was to deliver my parcel, 2) how was my parcel labelled, 3) what is the BSF124 number. Unless I have this information, customs cannot tell me where my parcel was/is held and if they still have it. SkincareByDrV stopped responding to my emails as of December 19, 2025. Even if there is no update, why not just say that? In my last email to the company, I clearly asked what their policy is for lost parcels.
The shipping company, DPD, has been far more responsive. They have responded to all of my emails - even if they could only say they have no update. As of January 10, 2026, DPD sent me an email stating my parcel has been lost in transit. They are to forward paperwork to SkincareByDrV, so I can be issued a refund. I’m hoping the process goes smoothly and they will at least reach out to me.
I bought the sunscreen because I believe in her products. I have recommended her videos and products to the majority of my friends and family. I know that things happen and I understand that, but to just ignore me when I bought a product from you is disrespectful. The experience has been both disappointing and frustrating.
I had a bad customer service experience and I did not receive my order.

Dear Abby, thank you again for your patience, and we’re very sorry for the delay and uncertainty you experienced with this order. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long without clear updates.
The parcel was held with the delivery partner, and despite repeated follow-ups, we did not receive further information. Communication was also slower than usual due to the Christmas and New Year holiday period, which meant it took longer to get responses from couriers and customs than it normally would.
We also want to acknowledge that we should have continued updating you while we were waiting for information, as we had done earlier in the process. We were not ignoring you, but due to staff holidays and an internal oversight, our follow-up communication fell short on this occasion, and we sincerely apologise for that.
As a result of the extended delay, the parcel was officially declared lost and we processed a full refund.
Thankfully, parcels being lost in customs or transit is very rare, but on this occasion the situation was unfortunately outside of our control. We’re truly sorry this happened and appreciate your understanding.

Just to clarify, we do ship to Thailand and to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are set by the courier companies based on distance, customs processes and delivery speeds, and unfortunately these costs are outside of our control. We do try to keep rates as fair as possible and absorb costs where we can.

I bought a concealer for under eyes and I will genuinely say that the colour shade match is spot on which was guided by their own online guidelines. And so I was ver impressed. The smoothness and application is brilliant and looks amazing. It blends beautifully and is so creamy on the skin and totally weightless. Feels like a cream

I live between Uganda and Rwanda so I usually order from the uk for delivery and the products get here in good time. Also the products have worked so well for me.

A glad l fount out Dr. since early last year.
A glad l found out about Dr. V’s products. Am using it but it took a long time for me to notice change on my face. I have been having hyperpigmentation since l got older and l don’t know why. I was tempted to stop but l kept going because if l stop what else do l use. So now am glad l kept going but thank God it’s working now because my hyperpigmentation is clearing now and am happy about it. I really love my daily moisturizer cream. My face is looking better now than when l first started. Thank you Dr. V and l know you have more creams to recommend to me.

I’ve been using Dr. V’s skincare products for a few months now and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin, especially my pores, which appear much smaller. I’m still working on my dark spots—they’re still there—but I’ve seen fewer bumps each month, which has made a big difference. Overall, my skin looks smoother and healthier. Hair conditioner bottle cap has changed…
Hair conditioner bottle cap has changed and quantity has reduced for both hair shampoo and conditioner, need to remove whole cap now while bathe. not a good one

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the shampoo bottle and cap have not changed, and the quantity has remained the same. The only update was to the conditioner cap, which was changed from a flip-top to a screw cap after some customers told us the flip-top was difficult to open in the shower.

Bottle awful
The product is great, but the bottle itself is awful. Sometimes I squeeze out too little or too much which wastes a lot of product. I wish you can consider redesigning the bottle
