We never received the item and it appears to have been sent to China instead of the US. Lack of responsible support contact and waiting for weeks are bad enough. Now, I doubt we will ever receive our order or a full refund. What a scam!

The easy cancellation of the double order. Delivery time was good.

Please do not buy these glasses total waste of money just make everything blurry returns service terrible wouldn't give me the address and wouldn't repay me! Only offered me £5 . Keep away from this site and I think they trade under other names as well!!

Esperienza vergognosa. Le lenti non fanno nulla di quanto pubblicizzato. Si potrebbe utilizzare solo la montatura avendo tempo da perdere.

De erste paar minuten kan ik niet goed zien. Darnaa kan ik lezen.
Het werkt niet met computer screen.
De bril is mooi, licht, comfortable .

Vision through them is blurred

Product is good but because of the advert i was not impressed.
Warning ......although the advert shows the images moving they do not.don't get fooled like i was.

I can’t believe how good it is to be able to look at a distance, ie. the TV and then look down and read with the same glasses and not have to put up with bivocals, brilliant.

Thanks for the opportunity to respond - the purchase of the glasses was easy to follow, however when I used them for driving a found that I started to get dizzy (which is not the fault of the product). I had my eyes checked and it appears I have cataracts - it was suggested that as my age group was very close to the next age category I should have considered opting for that level. Perhaps it may be a good idea to remind prospective purchasers that if they are near to the next age level they should consider going to the next level.

I did not order anything from Skillfulable.

A) website: Skillfulable.com
1) Checked the address on maps.google: 856 Riverdale Ave, Yonkers, NY 10705; Bronx; and Brooklyn, just in case (the 3 Burroughs were listed as possible locations)
The address did not exist
2) Checked the address with USPS for the zip code: the address did not exist
3a) Phone number listed: 1 917 441 4799. I called the number. Result "The number you dialed is not in service." 3b) Checked whitepages: listed as a landline near KS, AR, MO borders.
4. From HomePage: Intellectual Property Rights: contacted their support email, identifying with specificity the rights alleged to be violated & the accused product(s).
"This email address is just for intellectual property rights and legal issues. Other requests may not get response."
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy "We will tell you the return address by mail: (See Number 4).
6. Shipment is protected by Asurifi, which does not have good ratings.
7. Finally: "Terms-of-Use": Governing Law. IAW laws of UK

B)
1) I sought reviews on Trustpilot. I saw only one review.
2) Do not trust this company. 1-star.

The seller themselves were great. They handled the sale and shipping quickly.

The tracking service were only ok and didn't really provide that accurate details.

The glasses aren't as spectacular as the marketing suggests. As reading glasses they are great but for any other type of correction they are useless.
