Today I attended an Emotional Intelligence class, and I can honestly say it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I had an incredible time learning practical emotional intelligence skills that I can apply both personally and professionally.

One of the biggest takeaways was learning how to become more aware of my emotions, manage my reactions more effectively, and better understand the emotions of others. The class emphasized the importance of active listening, empathy, self-awareness, self-regulation, and building stronger relationships through effective communication.

I also enjoyed the interactive discussions and real-life examples, which made the concepts easy to understand and apply. The session reminded me that emotional intelligence isn’t just about controlling emotion it’s about recognizing them, responding thoughtfully, and making better decisions under pressure.

As I continue to grow in my career in risk management and underwriting, I believe these skills will help me communicate more effectively with colleagues, clients, and leadership while becoming a stronger professional and leader. It was an investment in myself that I am genuinely happy I made.

Overall, I would rate this experience 10 out of 10. It was engaging, insightful, and enjoyable, and I left feeling motivated to continue developing my emotional intelligence every day.

I was looking for an in person training to enhance communication skills, articulation, and executive presence. Turned out i was the only person signed up, and had a 1:1 with a career and communications coach. I had a great experience with the coach, Swapna. She addressed the root cause of the issue and helped change my perspective and confidence towards it. She was flexible in working towards my specific goals and provided feedback through live practice sessions, which I found really valuable.

As a trainer it is important that I can focus on the material and the participants rather then on the administrative tasks connected to the class. Skelora took care of all these things and sent me all the material I needed in time and in a quality that was outstanding. Thanks for doing that. I am looking forward to the the next class to teach.

I really enjoyed my Public Speaking course with Skelora. I had Alicia Hughes as my mentor for the day and she had such great energy, made me motivated to stay engaged, and was very knowledgeable. We got to focus in on my problem areas and she provided many tips and tricks for me to enhance my skills. Thank you Skelora!

The team regularly checked with us about how the knowledge transfer and understanding. Schedule for the lectures was also mapped according to our convenience and availability. Syllabus was shared before the course began, informing what we should expect learning, however, as we opted for advance PMP course hence the time agreed by us was less than required. However, the team and the trainer later agreed for additional query solving lecture. Overall great experience and patient team. Thank you for your guidance and support.
