Siento decir que en esta ocasión una pésima experiencia
Siento decir que en esta ocasión una pésima y lamentable experiencia, un pedido se demoró 3 meses en llegar y en el otro pedido, habían perdido la tabla en el almacén. Diré a su favor que el primer pedido era una precompra y se demoró Powell en el envío (falta de información en el proceso) y en el segundo me ofrecieron una tabla de superior valor, (pero ya no tenían el modelo que quería).
He sido un fiel cliente hasta la fecha pero dudo que vuelva a comprar en esta tienda.
Finalmente decir que las tablas llegaron y siempre fueron cordiales en el trato, aunque con alguna demora en sus respuestas.

I'd like to comment on this too.
You purchase an Underhill that was a preorder where the product description was "Available from mid March 2025 (possible delay may happen)"
Powell Peralta didn't produce the deck in time and there were delays.
I regularly sent emails to the 35 people (including you) that preordered that deck to keep them informed of the situation (3 emails in total)
So i don't think there is a lack of information nor a process issue here. The rules were clear and you bought that deck in full knowledge of the facts.
Regarding the other deck missing, here i take the full responsibility of the mistake but I proposed you an alternative that was almost double of the purchased price. It seems that it's a fair commercial gesture from my side.
