I have been very sceptical about getting someone involved with the battle over my bathroom with my landlord.
I have had years of battling and nothing substantial being done to repair it, the constant washing it down every few days and my financial cost let alone the physical damage to my family’s health.
But I did get to the stage where nothing was making a difference and the painting every couple of months didn’t help so I contacted SJS legal and they took it on very quickly, I have had to put up with so many unnecessary surveys from my land lord and any reason to drag a heal hear or there but we are nearly there and I should have a new bathroom being fitted in the next couple of weeks.
SJS were very quick, very professional, dealt with the landlord directly so it took the stress out of it with someone available to talk to for advice or even just the moral support you need at times, it will be ok and it will get done!! because years of being knocked back can be so wearing.
I very strongly recommend if you have any issues contact SJS!!

Sjs legal have been brilliant from the first phonecall we had together , and we are now close to the end .
Please don't be worried at all talking to this company as they do everything for you , my house had a lot of damp and mould in most rooms I've never been in arrears with rent so thought after nearly 26 years of the above problem I'd had enough so approached Sjs legal and have never looked backed.
My housing association have made a good offer and I've expected it so will be decorating the whole house etc with the money.

I spoke with Emily this morning and what a lovely and calming experience, as she was so caring/professional/helpful/understanding, she is definitely in the right profession and she has made my day by putting me at ease and by putting a smile back on my face. Ive lived in my property 21 years and almost gave up hope as i decorate and it never looks any better because of the damages but hopefully i will be able to decorate and it actually stay nice at last thanks to the help of this company and the help they have gave me

Patience and service provided good and achieved result I wanted. Was a period early on when updates were not that regular, but o9nce passed that kept up to date. Would recommend.

Barrister was ill prepared for the case resulting in not been able to answer the judge’s questions who then reduced the claim to the small claims court not the result we were looking for
