Daisy and Lucy were very helpful when there was an issue with a gift card I’d been given for my birthday. They were very patient and understanding and fixed it as quick as they could.

I was served by Kieran who was so helpful I bought 4 pairs of adidas once I told him I am a collector of adidas got home to find 3 trainer brochures in the bag Glasgow ,Liverpool and Manchester thank you mate will take a good look to see which ones I will be buying
I would also like to say whenever I go in size by west Quay Southampton I feel so valued as a customer by all their staff I end up buying too many

To start with you lost my order! Then to get a refund I had to go to the store to obtain it as I purchased my trainers in store for delivery Tony home address!!! Not even an apology or a token gesture of good will for my inconvenience was offered!!! Would highly recommend to anyone not to use your poor service
