Don’t advertise that a part will be delivered in 2 days and it turns into 7 days after you order.

I like how you carry toyota oem like aisin. Only reason for 4 stars is that it ended up with usps for shipping and that is a pain in the butt here.

Your website is wonky. Had done research to find the oem part# and from it, then found the Advics part number to match your part listing. I did the search with the Advics # at first, and only found a single wheel cylinder when I knew parts as that should always be replaced in pairs at the same time. One of the AI serach engines found your site for my vehicle, and that other listing had a 2 Pcs set. When I opened that page, no where could I find a part number, and then went back out and into your site using the make, model, etc, and then found the same 2 pcs part as before but still could not find the single item listing. When I finally did, from Ai searching, the pictures were the same part. I ended up having to track down your customer support and waste her time and my own, to get verification that the 2 Pcs without any part #, were the correct part, and finally was able to place the order with confidence. I have not installed them yet (I have hurt my back - so have to wait until that pain resolves, before i do the replacement installation of these parts.). Fix your part number listings. The other frustration was that if I ordered two single items from that listing, there is no free shipping, but because teh 2 pcs listing is considered one item, that got the free shipping because that was considered to be over a $50 item, biut not the single item if ordered 2 from that same listing. So archaic to be forced to do that dance which your site causes. Not a great experience!
