Left car park at John Radcliffe Hospital
In Oxford with the intention to pay online within 24hrs as suggested by the sign - because one machine was broken and there was a huge queue at the other very slow machine.
They have the oldest, clunkiest website I’ve seen in a long time and no Applepay/googlepay/paypal. Took me 40 minutes and 4 cards to get a payment to go through.
Kept saying “information highlighted below is incorrect” but nothing below was highlighted.
Very frustrating and infuriating. Worst car park experience I’ve ever had.
Cowboy company who treat their customers with contempt.

SIPPI ABSOLUTELY USELESS.Ihave to have Sippi Car permits for visitors/workpeopleto my home or work& this system is absolutely useless. I have had four people “who are all competent”but cannot get this website to accept a password. It just keeps repeating “Change password”all the time even though it was all set up properly. Even my landlords cannot access the system properly. They have been trying to do this for me for over a week I have noticed on their website that this must have been designed by a child.” I think that is rated too highly” it’s a extremely poor system by a very inadequate company who “I understand from my neighbours” are quick to issue fines but very very slow to repay them for their faulty inadequate system. It’s absolutely useless. AVOID this system at all COSTS & don’t do business with such an INEFFICIENT COMPANY.

I paid £1 and entered my registration number in the machine on site. These were accepted and an exit time issued on screen but the machine stated no tickets were issued. Now I know why , I have just received a parking charge notice, I have of course appealed. Do not use this car park, it is a money making con.

I received a PCN for parking incorrectly. It was the only available spot and there were no markings on the ground. When I tried to appeal it, it was impossible, and now I’ve received a surcharge of £110. It’s unbelievable that the councils do nothing against the theft committed by this company.

Absolute scum of a company!!! Why is there no enforcement against these private parking companies!!! Parked in a disabled spot with my blue badge showing on a Sunday, received a notice stating parked incorrectly. Appealed, but refused to waiver the fine!

What a despicable company.
Appealed a PCN. Says it will get back within 28 days. It’s now 6 weeks on & have now received a late payment for £115. No email or call about my appeal. Cannot speak to anyone over the phone about it as too many cases (no surprise there).
It’s an absolute disgrace. No way of contacting them.
They need shutting down.

What a fraud! Parked on the Huddersfield carpark for over an hour. We paid at the machine however it didn’t go through and we didn’t know as the screen went blank. There was also a sign to say ‘this machine doesn’t always give tickets’ so got a fine for £100. Disgusting scam carpark. How they have been shut down yet I do not know. There is no customer service number and the number charges you when you call them. Its a joke.

Just received a letter regarding multiple fines saying I owe £1100. I got fined a few weeks ago and paid it same at as I didn’t display a ticket and now they’ve sent a letter saying if we don’t get the full amount of £1100 they’ll take me to court. Can’t get a hold of them on phone and they said they won’t reply to emails in relation to a PCN . Their website is entirely set up for payments but not to actually offer any customer service. Absolute scammers the lot of them.

the owners of this company should be so ashamed of themselves for robbing this scam they call a business. I was accidentally 20 min late one day and im being fined £115. I use this carpark everyday, I always pay an hour more than im staying to make sure im back on time. im a uni student nearby, one day I was unsure of my schedule and couldn't use my phone to add on my time. they couldn't care less about an appeal all they want is to steal ur money. its not even a nice carpark its dirty and full of rubbish. hope they feel good Taking advantage of young uni students that have no money. ill pay this fine and not be able to run my car to get to uni for the next 2 months.

Disgusted motorcycles get free parking all their signs say is about cars and windscreens and I got a ticket anyway I’m disabled also and this was not fair as I was to understand from the signs it was cars all other car parks say about motorcycles this horrible horrible people should be avoided I’m going to do everything I can including reporting them as they should not be allowed to operate I can say I dispise this company and they should be shut down for DISCRIMINATION

Kierby street, Burnley.
I parked at Kierby st car park on my way to work, there is a sign saying pay by phone app can be used- well no it cant!
i walked to the office while trying to pay on the app, which is not possible as there is not one sign on the car park which gives you a number for the app.
I rang several times, but could not get through automated phone line without a pin number, which i dont have.
I walked back down to pay at the machine, not one sign stating how much it is to pay,
the machine doesnt let you pick a time period, only an amount. well how am i supposed to know the amount if there are no signs???
so i didnt pay enough, and now facing a £100 fine.
I will make it my life's mission to tell everyone i see parking on this car park to avoid it.
they go out of their way to make paying as difficult as possible.

Well I wished I had read these reviews before I parked my car at a local beach front car park.
The machine wasn't working properly and it wouldn't accept my pound coin it took 3 attempts, and no ticket was issued so I foolishly put 2 x 50pence pieces in...still not a ticket
They have fined me £60 for not parking correctly ,bearing in mind this is a grassed wasteland and there was one other car in there at the time. I did appeal but they vetoed this and although I had considered taking it to IPC, having read other reviews I wonder how independent that organisation really is , Scammers come in many different guises don't they ?

My son got a fine for a slight overstay in a seaside carpark by 20 mins....readily admits it was his fault, but thought there might be some flexibility - no. Just keep pestering your local MP's. These companies are about to get away with changes to voluntary self-regulation code in this industry. This is and has been a scam for years and Govts. of any colour need to bring urgent regulation in to stop these scam artists mugging people off for £60/£100 each time for really minor infringements.

Car park was suppose to be secure we had wing mirrors stolen from the car, advised people going to the AO Arena do not park on the car parks opposite. emailed company and had no response.

Parked at Derby Street, Preston lot. Went to pay for the day and the money was taken from my account but the screen said error. I went to phone up their help line but they're not open on Saturday. Assumed it was the machine not displaying correctly.

Then I got a £60 fine because it didn't go through even though the money came out of my account

Appeal denied saying I should have rang their engineer helpline shown on the sign even though it's closed on the weekend!

Do not park at these places, they'll do anything to take money from you

I parked my car there in the morning and bought a full-day ticket, in the afternoon I had some work errands to run. When I got back, I found that my parking spot was taken. I had to park outside of a designated bay, but my car wasn’t blocking anyone from entering or leaving the parking lot.

I received a ticket for not parking in a bay, which was true since I wasn’t in a bay that afternoon. I tried to contest the ticket, but due to delays in reply, the grace period had expired, and I was hit with a £160 charge. They offered me the option to pay in instalments, which I agreed to. I made an initial payment of about £60-£70 for the first month. However, when I went to make my next payment, I couldn’t find my billing account. I thought maybe they had decided to close it.

I was mistaken! I later found out there was a court judgment against me for £195. So, my advice to anyone considering using their parking space is to think twice before doing so.

Just trying to lute money from people even if you paid the parking payment. They want to rush to issue notice without considering humanitarian concerns. I paid for two hours and they send me tickets for more minutes i parked there. I lost my purse that day and not able to pay the balance. Because i paid the two hours before losing my purse. I was informed them i can pay the rest of the minutes if they send balance pending amount or full day charge if they give me 24 hours time to access my sources. But they want to issue notice

I paid fir car parking at Churchill Hospital in Oxford. Then received letter from SiP levying a penalty charge of £25 increasing to £50 if not paid within 14 days. They state the cannot trace the payment. I sent a copy of my building society statement to them showing the payment being taken from my account. They dismissed that evidence out of hand but then asked for the last 4 numbers of my debit card. I have advised them that I have provided definitive proof of payment and whether they can trace the payment or not I will not be making any further payment to them

God what a c**ts, fair while I did not manage to pay in time do due to unforeseen circumstances, mainly the homeless guy asking me to get him some food across the street while I was downloading the app since their machine only accepts coins, so while I was buying poor lad his meal and getting back to my vehicle I got ticket issued. It felt like parking officer was sleeping in between cars waiting for me and homeless guy probably works for him as a distraction what a shit show

Awful! There used to be Ringo at that carpark.. I guess considering how terrible LPS company is, it doesn’t surprise me they are teaming up with another scam of a company, right?? I paid for parking using their parking machine and have registered my car with the sipps app to extend the parking just in case I overlap the time.. Which I then decided to pay using machine anyway, HOWEVER, I wasn’t able to cancel my parking, not parking payment method, NOR CANCELLING MY PAYMENT CARD! Shocking to say the least, it is well against the FCA law and only way to avoid paying is to cancel my card which puts another inconvenience at my end. Absolutely shocking! STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS SERVICE
