Never received item, have yet to hear back from customer service. Out hundreds of dollars and still awaiting refund.
I placed an order on 8/27 for something for my wedding in October. I live in the US so I expected a longer time period for the package to arrive and planned accordingly. To date, the package has never been delivered and I had to pay an extra $70 to release it from customers. This too was anticipated. When I reached out to the company regarding a refund for the item itself, I have never heard back. It’s been almost 2 weeks. I will continue my outreach to the company until I receive a full refund, but be forewarned. Their customer service is completely unresponsive.

Just popped into Sinead Keary’s new store in Dundrum shopping centre.
I have always been a massive fan of her Bamboo Pyjamas. They have served as a massive hit in my family at Christmas time. The quality and fitting is superb and serves as the perfect gift for anyone.
The store was immaculately turned out with her staple pieces and new incoming collection.
Sinead was there herself welcoming every customer who walked through the door. Having spoken to her myself I was blown away with how genuine and helpful she was.
I am now a massive fan of this brand and think that its Ethos, style and quality would be a fantastic edition to anyone’s wardrobe.

I sent back goods via tracked postage. I have sent an email re the processing of refund. This email has not been answered. Can you please process my refund or update me. Very poor customer service. You have your goods back as they were signed for and also have my cash. Disappointing service overall. Can you process my refund please. Having just read other reviews here on the processing of refunds, it seems that this is across the board ignoring emails lengthy delays with refunds. As an Irish company ye should be mortified to treat customers so poorly.

Beautiful skirt
This is a beautiful skirt. Everything about it is perfect: the fit, style, colour and comfort. It can be worn casual or dress it up, it's so versatile. it's one of the nicest pieces I have added to my wardrobe for summer, I will get loads of wear out of it. I'm delighted I bought it.
