Item came on time and was well packaged but the item itself wasn't quite as good expected in that it looked slightly misshapen

I ordered on March 23th. Until April 2nd, nothin happened. Only when I asked about my order, on april 2nd, I got a reply that my order will be dispatched on April 3rd. That gives me the impression that my order was forgotten and only shipped cause I asked. Still I have to mention positively that I got answers and also a Tracking number.

Ordering Military Red Hunter boots was fine ! But boot’s didn’t turn up so when it got to over a week no sign of boots I emailed Sinclairs , haveing tracked boots looked like they where somewhere in Scotland, However had a quick reply from Sinclairs to say DPD had lost them and did I want a refund as colour I wanted was out of stock ! Or a different colour so I’ve had money refunded think a different carrier may be needed 🤨

A speedy and reliable service with a good quality product

This was my first order from Sinclair and I’ve gone on to tell all my family, friends and colleagues about you. I ordered a pair of Hunter Wellies and having never heard of your brand I was skeptical that the products were not genuine as the prices seemed too good to be true! How wrong was. My Hunters arrived in a Hunter box and they were exactly as expected. I replaced a like for like pair for half of what I was almost going to pay by going directly via Hunter.
Really fast delivery.

Item ordered was out of stock, but I was only notified 5 days later and after I’d already received a dispatched email with royal mail tracking notification. This was over the Christmas and new year break, and sinclairs were very quick at processing my refund and very responsive to emails. It was just a bit of a pain the online stock estimates were a bit outdated. Would use again though as have confidence in their after sales service and business brand.
