I ordered a particular item, it arrived in excellent condition within less than 36 hours. Unfortunately, the item was a gift which was not to the recipient's taste. Returns were simple and the refund was received within days.

Absolutely fantastic service from this lovely business. I received a stunning travel jewellery roll in super quick time. It was beautifully wrapped and came in a box, which I was not expecting but was very pleased by. The company also honoured the postage price that was displayed on their website but not at the checkout. This was refunded as soon as I brought it to their attention. Absolutely faultless and flawless customer service and really delightful items. Will definitely shop here again.

I bought a Paul Smith bag at a very good price from Sinclairs online. I have admired these bags for about 25 years & promised myself one, one day. At the time of purchase, I requested, in their messages box, that please could they ensure the actual bag I was to be sent was colourful, as the bags can vary in their colour schemes. The next morning I followed this up with a phone call to the company and the telephonist knew who I was, what I had ordered & my messaged request! She said she would follow this up & duly confirmed this with an email. The bag arrived within 2 days, fully tracked & with a message written inside saying that all the bags were cut from the same colour scheme areas. My bag is super vibrant & I am very pleased with it and the very personal customer service I experienced at Sinclairs. I would shop there again very happily. Great service & my purchase at a great price!
