Working with Barry at Sinatra Moving Group was an excellent experience from start to finish. He took the time to explain every detail of the moving process, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his customers understand exactly what they're paying for.

Barry was professional, responsive, and always followed through when he said he would. He found us a great price, kept us updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful move feel much more manageable.

If I could put no stars I would!! This has been the worst experience I’ve tried to talk to the company and no response, I never get a call back! They were supposed to pickup Saturday and drop off our stuff Saturday why are they delivering it over night or two days later! They won’t let me refund! They said clear communication on their website and we have not had that at all!!
