Customer service assist in avoiding blurry images

The Christmas cards turned out beautiful and they were delivered SO FAST! I also enjoyed the AI help with creating different cards. It made it easy and fast to find a card we liked.

This was the only place that I will use from now on. So easy and loved the preview before purchasing. Was worried about the pictures being grainy since the pictures I was using weren’t the best quality and they weren’t grainy at all.

Delivered timely just as requested and looks great.

I have ordered my Christmas cards from STI for several years now. They have an easy website to work with, and they deliver their product so quickly!

They came out beautifully and were very carefully packed. Will always use Simply!

They are the wrong size. I did a reorder same design template just updated the design and same quantity but somehow they were way bigger..:(

Also the shipping box was very damaged and each individual simply to impress box was ripped so I ended up just taking them out since they were falling out already.

Simply to Impress turns what would be an annual chore into a project we look forward to each year. The website is well designed and easy to use. Personalizing our greeting cards each year is so simple and actually fun to do. The customer service team is helpful and gives valuable feedback if we use an image or design that would not print clearly, instead of receiving a bad surprise after the design has been printed and received. The packaging is secure and we have always received the entire order on or before the target date. We have been ordering our corporate holiday greeting cards from Simply to Impress for 5+ years now and cannot say enough about the world-class service they provide. I wish all suppliers took as much care and pride in their products as Simply to Impress consistently demonstrates.

Each year I do this as a rookie and kind of a computer moron - and each year you folks doctor up the design to make it not only look professional, but beautiful as well! I believe this is my fourth year with you and I haven’t been disappointed at all. Thank you all.

The cards were less expensive than those at other places. The quality was good. Received my order in a timely manner. Very happy with my purchase.

Good printing quality and delivered quickly

In the pictures the print looked really pretty. when I received the stamp the print is so tiny I need a magnifying glass to read it.

I ordered ink stamps (return address) and they are very nice and will be make great client gifts.

The quality was great and the cards were delivered within a week of ordering.

I ordered a big head for my son for seniors night and it turned out better than I could have imagined. The picture is sturdy and waterproof so it will withstand whatever element the MN fall throws at us.

The big head I ordered said it was delivered through UPS but I never received it. Not sure what happened but I’m not sure I’ll order again because I don’t want UPS to not deliver anymore products.
