Horrible customer service
The product is nicely printed but the service was terrible. I had to call ten times to get the order finalized. There was a problem with the file and every time I called to check, I had to start over because they had no notes. Some of the reps were rude as I got very frustrated with the process. One of them said - You just need to wait.

The “thank you”cards that I designed were perfect. They were delivered quickly. The website is very user friendly, especially for me who does not do this very often.

I never got my stamp
I never got my stamp, after tracking it, it ended up at some mailroom in Illinois? I live in Michigan and I am not sure how/why it was delivered there. Bummed!

So, I tried to reply to your message. I am sorry. I do not think I should have to contact you to get instructions on how to use a product you sent me. I am finding it hard to believe so many people were pleased with your product without instructions included. This leads me to believe that by some accident, instructions were omitted from my package. So, just send me instructions. From what I can see, the stamp looks great and I want to use it. Thank you
