Lyz and her brother were absolute life savers when we got the keys to our new house to find the carpets filthy and smelling like god only knows what. Several expert cleaning hours later and they were fresh and clean and hygienic - I couldn't have picked a better company in my panic googling and I'd recommend them for any job. They were both also super friendly, really knowledgeable and generally a laugh to be around - a real pleasure to deal with.

Liz was fantastic. She came out on a Saturday as it was an emergency. My 92 year old father had flooded his house by leaving a tap on all night. She and her colleague had to work through to Sunday afternoon to complete the massive task which included taking up all the carpets and suctioning all the water out before drying them all With excellent equipment. She was patient and very kind to my father who was understandably very distressed. I would use her company again and highly recommend her for her professional diligence and expertise. Thankyou.

On time or contact made with ETA, friendly and efficient. I had carpets cleaned in a property I recently moved into and one turned out a much lighter colour! Will definitely use again.
