Plant arrived quickly and was perfectly packaged and was a good size and very healthy. I had to contact customer services and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely buy again from Simply Plants.

Climbing Rose delivered in poor state.
I have just ordered a delivery of a climbing rose as a gift for my Mothers birthday, unfortunately, it's in an unacceptable state, full of dead heads and looks like its not been looked after at all prior to delivery. There is no contact number to report this, only in online message portal which aims to report withing 48 hours, which leaves not time to complain within the official response time in the FAQs.

Have been advised of a replacement
Hoping that the issue I've had will be rectified and I have been advised I'll be receiving a replacement, but first order from the site of two peony roses, one arrived snapped and covered in black spots. A real shame because the other one that I gave as a gift is in lovely condition. I am just waiting on the replacement coming and hoping to be really happy with it

Disappointed as first time buyer
Disappointed and upset as first time ordering and has not been positive. Ordered a rose plant and it came diseased with black spots all over the leaves. Contacted the company and a received an email saying they will check their nursery to see if the other plants have it??? not sure how that would help my case and no resolution option was sent. Still awaiting a reply back whilst I still have the diseased rose.

Good healthy plants
Good healthy plants, packaging was secure and plants had space which is the best i have seen after previously ordering off gardening express! i am pleased with the order. delivery and the website which offers how to care for the plants. The prices for me are affordable and hopefully the plants will flourish.

FIRST TIME PURCHASE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
FIRST TIME PURCHASE. PLANTS ARRIVED IN REASONABLE TIME IN A BOX INDICATING FROM SIMPLY PLANTS WITH THIS WAY UP ARROW POINTING IN UPWARD DIRECTION. DELIVERED BY DPD. I OPENED BOX WHILE DPD DRIVER DELIVERING ANOTHER PACKAGE. PLANTS WERE IN A COMPLETE MESS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX, EARTH SCATTERED AND HOSTAS (5) WITH MANY SNAPPED SHOOTS. CALLED BACK DPD DRIVER AND HE TOOK PHOTO AND TOLD ME TO CALL SUPPLIER. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN PHOTOS. WENT TO SIMPLY PLANTS SITE AND LOOKED FOR A PHONE NUMBER.NONE AVAILABLE. SEARCHED FOR SIMPLY PLANTS AGAIN AND UP CAME SIMPLY PLANTS WITH A WINDOW ON THE RIGHT OF THE SCREEN WITH WEBSITE ADDRESS, TEL. NO., ETC.
CALLED THE NUMBER. NO RESPONSE. LEFT A MESSAGE NO RESPONSE. LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE. OWNER PHONED BACK AND EXPLAINED THAT SHE WAS A DIFFERENT "SIMPLY PLANTS" AND HAD HAD OTHER CALLS ABOUT POOR DELIVERIES. HER COMPANY DOES NOT SELL PLANTS BUT RENTS THEM AS OFFICE DISPLAYS AND PROVIDES OTHER ASSOCIATED SERVICES. I REALISED I HAD CONTACTED THE WRONG SIMPLY PLANTS AND WENT BACK TO THE ONE I HAD BOUGHT MY PLANTS FROM. STILL NO TEL. NO. SO I USED THE SITE CONTACT FORM AND SENT A SUITABLE, NONE ACRIMONIOUS, MESSAGE EXPLAINING THE STATE OF THE DELIVERY. HEARD NOTHING AND HAVE STILL HEARD NOTHING UNTIL I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ASKING HOW MY "EXPERIANCE" HAD BEEN, HENCE THIS RESPONSE TO TRUSTPILOT. HAVE RUN MY OWN ON LINE SALES WEBSITES IN THE PAST AND WOULD HAVE BEEN ASHAMED IF I HAD TREATED MY OWN CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STATS I WOULD.
