Sarah was great, she was very informative and really responsive with my endless questions! I would highly recommend booking with Simply Lapland. Northern lights village Pyhä was outstanding. It was such a magical experience making memories that will last a lifetime.

Sarah put up with all my questions and anxieties, we’ve been lucky to travel a lot, but I’d never taken the kids anywhere cold, I was nervous but this was the most exciting holiday we have ever had, everything from skiing, husky sledging and Santa, and our accommodation was just perfect, and we’ll remember this stand out trip for ever! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime.

We had the most amazing trip! Sarah really took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us everything we asked for and more. She was always on hand to answer questions and the information we were sent with our booking was really helpful. The goody bag we received just before we went was a lovely surprise and added to the excitement.

The accommodation was fantastic, the trips were amazing, We have all said it is one of our best holidays we have had! It was truly magical.

The service from Simply Lapland was fantastic from start to finish! From designing our holiday package to suit our budget (and getting a luxury resort with full activities for the same price as a TUI package with tasters would have been), through to the surprise goody bags, the support with pre-flight hotels and parking, speedy responses to queries and heroically sorting alternative accomodation within 10 minutes when our return flight as delayed due to UK snow. We cannot fault the service, and will recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Sarah for helping us succeed in finding the best Lapland experience. We had the most magical time in Pyhä and we will hold on to the memories forever.

Pyhä was prefect for us . It was small , friendly and magically beautiful.
The accommodation in the aurora cabin added a lovely touch of luxury and was quite an experience in itself . Food was a plenty and really tasty. The searching for Santa experience was just amazing. We also booked a reindeer ride - although this was lovely it was quite rushed . The Santa experience included a short reindeer ride - and tbh this was better.
The husky ride couldn’t go ahead so instead we visited the husky farm . This was an amazing experience where we got to meet the huskies. We even had warm drinks around the fire with the huskies napping beside us. The kids absolutely loved it.
We were all so sad to leave - loved everything about it

If you’re considering a trip to Lapland and booking with Sarah and here team, stop hesitating—just book it! This was hands down one of the most magical holidays I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection.My 12 and 16 year old daughters said it was the BEST TRIP ever ( and we have been many beautiful places)

The accommodation was fantastic—cozy, comfortable, and exactly what you’d hope for in a winter wonderland setting. The surroundings felt like stepping into a real-life snow globe, with breathtaking views and an atmosphere that oozes charm and serenity.
The activities were nothing short of phenomenal. Riding huskies through snow-dusted forests was an absolute highlight, as was trying skiing for the girsl for the first time (such fun!) ay Pyha ski school.The visit to the Amethyst Mine was unique and we loved the husky farm and sledding experience. There was truly something for everyone.The Norther lights experience with Veli was incredible- breathtaking- to see the sky dance with our naked eye!
My children were older and we visited 1st-5th January, but still had a visit to Santa- rude not and needed to make sure we were on the nice list for next year! So much fun!
A huge shoutout to Sarah Davies from Simply Lapland, who went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and hassle-free. Even when our flight home was cancelled due to bad weather in Birmingham, Sarah handled everything with efficiency, ensuring we didn’t have to stress for a moment and arranging everything for us for an extra night accommodation and new transfer. She’s an absolute star! I have used her to book Lapland and Asia a well as Lanzarote in the past- and will continue to book with her always :)

I can honestly say I’ve found my happy place in Lapland. I now fully understand why people feel the pull to return year after year—Lapland is pure magic. If you’re lucky enough to go like us , you’ll leave with memories to cherish forever. 💙❄️

Sarah was really helpful in helping me to decide the best package for our family. She answered all of my questions before we went and advised on the best packages and places for my children's ages. From booking to getting home it was brilliant.From my initial enquiry Sarah was great.The flight and the flight crews were also great.
In Lapland it was beautiful and we made so many happy memories that our 9 year old will never forget. It was just really well organised.
One little negative is the food. We found it standard at best. The festive meal on the last night was good though.
Overall we would highly recommend using sSimply Lapland to book the experience.

I found booking a trip to Lapland so stressful. I just had to get it right. I then found Sarah who listened and understood. She found us the most perfect holiday. The holiday of dreams. We had the best time. It was everything and more. I am so grateful and I would 100% recommend Sarah.

I have recently returned from the most incredible holiday to Lapland organised fantastically by Sarah. No question was too silly and every response was super quick. Sarah constantly checked in to make sure I had everything and knew what to expect which was amazing. I would recommend Sarah and Simply Lapland in a heartbeat!

Sarah has been super helpful and attentive with booking our winter trip. No request was too much trouble and she was proactive at contacting us when a much better flight option came up - that was cheaper too! So far, all has been excellent. Will write another review after the trip. For now, we have her planning our summer holiday 2024 too! Thanks Sarah..

We booked a very last minute trip to Lapland (a week before travel) for the February half term this year and Sarah was fabulous at finding the perfect tailor made trip for us. Giving us a few options with lots of information to enable us to make our choice. This is the second trip we have organised with Sarah to Lapland. Highly recommend!
