I have been using simply book for almost a year, it's definitely one of the better booking systems I've used. In the past I've used competitors of them and they have fallen short. This company definitely offers great booking services and easy rescheduling for customers. 5star highly recommended.

I love that it has so many features but that comes with a learning curve. As a massage therapist I wish it would allow my clients to purchase recurring services subscriptions.

Great app so far. Would be nice to have the option to add on extra treatments to the one bookings and for the text reminders to go out for all changes to appointments. Great that it links to my phone calendar.

In order to sell extra treatments in the booking process via the service add on or product add on custom features you must have a monthly subscription in place. For a small part time business it’s not financially viable to have one of these subscriptions in place. So the basic level is very limited.

Ich habe mich nach intensiver Recherche für SimplyBook.me entschieden, weil sie mit „unendlich vielen Funktionen“ werben. Darunter Google Ads und manuelle Buchungen mit allen relevanten Funktionen. Anfangs dachte ich, das wäre endlich das richtige System für mein Studio. Nach ein paar Wochen bin ich aber nur noch frustriert.

Man kann zwar Termine über die App anlegen, aber weder Preise noch Zeiten flexibel ändern. Das System übernimmt automatisch die Vorgaben aus den Services. Auch im Browser lassen sich Preise nicht individuell anpassen, sondern nur global für alle. Wenn man einem Kunden spontan Rabatt geben möchte, soll man dafür Rabattcodes nutzen. Das ist im Alltag einfach unpraktisch.

Wenn ich einem Kunden selbst einen Termin eintrage, bekommt er automatisch eine Zahlungsaufforderung über den gesamten Preis, obwohl ich eigentlich nur die im System hinterlegte Anzahlung haben möchte. Eine reine Anzahlungsfunktion gibt es nur, wenn der Kunde selbst bucht. Für mich als Studioinhaberin, die Kunden nach einer Beratung direkt einbuchen möchte, ist das unlogisch und unprofessionell.

Das Design lässt sich per CSS bis zu einem gewissen Grad anpassen. Viele Bereiche sind fest programmiert und Fehler wie überlappende Texte kann man nicht beheben. Außerdem funktionieren die Links in den WhatsApp-Nachrichten, zum Beispiel „Abonnement verwalten“, nicht. Selbst nach dem Löschen aller Browserdaten und Cookies landet man in einer Endlosschleife.

SimplyBook.me bietet zwar viele Funktionen, ist aber unübersichtlich, unflexibel und wenig durchdacht. Für meinen Studioalltag war das leider ein Schuss in den Ofen. Der Preis ist fair, aber ich zahle lieber etwas mehr für ein System, das reibungslos funktioniert und mich wirklich entlastet statt mich täglich zu frustrieren.

Oh my gosh you guys, I've finally found it! After trying everything, the search is over: SimplyBook.me is the online booking system I have been looking for. It's powerful, customizable, and allows you to only pay for what you need. Plus, they have thought of absolutely everything: Packages? Coupons? Multiple Locations? Multiple Providers? It's all there and integrated beautifully into one incredible platform. I am excited to use SimplyBook.me for years to come.

I bought 100 additional bookings ($4.88) for testing, and they all disappeared within four days, that’s impossible!

Also, the pricing strategy is quite poor, even adjusting staff colours in the calendar considered a custom feature?, no thanks!

Quelle surprise de voir que le site à tout de même publié des créneaux de rdv (alors que je n'étais pas disponible).

Great service, very professional. Their online chat service is great to help us go through difficulties when discovering the settings.

Honestly, simplybook.me is clunky, and I've had to learn a few workarounds to fit my needs, but it's doable. For example, it would be really great if there was an all-day service option (without having to use CSS.) BUT, thank goodness for their live chat support! Their team is quick to respond and super knowledgeable. If they didn't have such stellar customer service I would change to a different booking platform.

SimplyBook.me is the only online booking tool I found that allowed me to integrate local payment solutions. A huge advantage for my business. On top of that, their IT support team has always been responsive and helpful, guiding me whenever I had questions. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and backed by excellent service. Highly recommended!
