The wallet is junk. The other people were right. The insides are all plastic that will rip. I’ve tried to call email them back. Tell them that I want my money back and I’ll send the wallet back to them, but they won’t even respond. Do not buy this wallet.

Was offered a 2 for 1 deal and was charged for both wallets. To make matters worse the wallets were total crap. The "money clip" portion is literally a piece of folded plastic. The rest of the product is cheaply made and it feels and looks that way. Their customer service is absolutely nonresponsive. You'll find better product offerings in the discount section of Walmart.

I wanted to try a different brand of wallet after using a Colisco minimal wallet for about two years. SIMPL was offering a BOGO from their website so I decided to try them out. First it took 2-3 weeks to receive both of them. As soon as I unwrapped one I was disappointed with the flimsy look and feel. I loaded the wallet with the same items I carried in my Colisco. Very disappointed with the card holder, and the fact when wallet was loaded up, it did not stay closed. I emailed the “support” team 3 times asking if I could get refunded and each time they responded with the same email. Policy is no returns, refunds because it was a 2 for 1 sale. Before you consider purchasing from this legit? company, read the return policy which is many pages long. I DI NOT RECOMMEND ordering anything from them. You’d definitely get better quality and service from mostly anyone else. I learned my lesson to not trust social media reviews and I was unable to submit a review from their website. Buyer beware!!

I agree with the other negative comments. I purchased two wallets under their BOGO program, but received notification that only one would be shipped. I followed the exact instructions on their website to fulfill their BOGO requirement. I reached out to customer service several times (Ally) but she stopped responding after the first saying: "our system shows that only one wallet was purchased". This appears to be a scam company that doesn't live up to their promises. Furthermore, there is no customer service phone number to reach out to them directly, so I left my number and asked them to call me...crickets! I suspect the wallet they shipped (if it arrives) will be as poor in quality as their company is in failed customer service. I will chock this $40 mistake up to lessons learned! Buyer beware!!!

I finally received the wallet I ordered today. It's very cheap. It looks as though it was made in china with the cheapest of material. I'm not sure which is worse...the product or the customer service. After writing this company off as a total loss and scam, I ordered a Code 118 wallet. I highly recommend this company/wallet. It's the highest quality of material, very well made, quick shipment and outstanding customer service. Code 118 is everything Simpl is not...don't walk away from Simpl...RUN!

I ordered on February 27th, tracking says it was delivered 3/12 but it wasn't. Unfortunately, it is a scam. Going to see if my bank will go after them and get my money back.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Sent wrong items. Will not respond to emails. Deplorable customer service. Disgusting scam.

I purchased the wallet on 8/25 for the buy one get one free special. It took almost a month to receive. Reminder you get no warranty on the wallets with this special. The toggle mechanism already broke on one. Don’t waste your money. Thought it would be a great product based on reviews but just another cheap gimmick wallet. Don’t buy!

Their wallet started falling apart abouta week after I started using it. I sentanemail to their support department with photos and received a response from them that said they didn't replace any BOGO as they were final sales even though their site says they have a 1 year warranty.
The way I understand their response is that the company gathers all of their defective and seconds, advertise a "special BOGO sale" to get rid of your mistakes and scam their customers! I did not ask for a refund I just asked for a replacement for what I purchased. What a scam!

Terrible customer service. Their return policy, even if you could get a response from customer service, is not customer friendly. Can not recommend.

I placed the order for the BOGO offer and after 19 days the tracking says it was delivered to my front porch at 8:30 PM by USPS. No package and when would USPS deliver a package at 8:30 PM. Should have known. I have to be more diligent about where the package is shipping from.

I placed an order for the 2 for 1 sale wallet in November '25. I have never received deliver. Tracking says it delivered in mailbox. I have lived here 10 years and never lost a package.
I emailed tech support many times and the were no help. Just kept asking me to check the many places I have already. Different person responded each time. If a real person.

order the buy one get one. they never honored hat request. waited about 5 weeks for delivery. received on wallet. The told me by email (Amy Customer rep) wrote and said i did not sign up for buy one get one, if you go to the website it pops up everywhere for that promotion. no phone number, tracking info did not work, Wallet broke - the bottom fell out trapping my credit cards in the slot. I had to ask the vendor for a paper clip to push my cards out.
The worst purchase I ever made, no response from the company- tried to get my bank to help and they are making it very difficult to get money back. Buyer Beware. Very disappointing. Don't Buy from This Company

I purchased 2 wallets via SIMPL's BOGO sale. The first wallet looked and worked great, until the card mechanism failed. I contacted customer service to replace the wallet under the 1-year warranty they present on their home page, but they wrote that they don't issue refunds or exchanges on BOGO items. I corrected them that my complaint related to their warranty, and that I only wanted a replacement of their broken product. Despite numerous requests for an update, I received no replies.

Stay away, not worth it.

This is a scam don’t buy. I tracked the product for weeks. They said it was delivered USPS - I never got the product. Called post office said tracking number is a scam. Chinese scam stay away. Contacted several times no response.

I bought the wallet August 2025, received beginning of October 2025. The wallet lasted 5 months . The toggle switch wore out broke . My cards flew out and no longer secure in wallet. I write the company stating what happened. A week later they wrote back unfortunately because it was a promotional BOGO wallet due to their store policy no refunds or exchanges. If you go on their site. Very top line states all wallets buy one get one free so now this automatically voids out their policy of no refunds / exchanges which makes the advertisement misleading to consumer. Down below it states refund policy 1 year warranty Etc. once again no one really reads refund policy they see 1 year warranty. I made claim on one year warranty due to manufacturer defect. I get email back because of store policy of BOGO no refunds or exchanges. I wasn’t looking for neither I was looking for replacement. Buyers beware Simpl wallets are junk don’t buy they don’t stand behind their product . Yes you get two wallets for price of one $39.99 plus tax and shipping. And you think all well wasn’t that expensive but when they sell thousands of wallets at that price they are making a lot of money off of thousands and thousands of consumers . Something should be done about this. If you know someone who mentioned this company give them a heads up what they will be dealing with when product breaks and the service they’ll get. Bad company stay away from

Got the 2 for 1. After tracking the shipping for 6 weeks (not exaggerating), tracking suddenly showed delivered 3 days earlier. I never got it. I made 5 attempts to fix the problem. CRICKETS! Cheap chinese shit anyways...

Have tried corresponding with Simpl Wallets 4 times with no response back. Instead of wallets I received 3 snowflake shaped screwdriver keychain fobs from known scam address of Abby Adkins in Elk Grove Village Illinois 60007

After trying to work with customer service to resolve they just stopped responding. Feels like a scam company

Ordered on Dec 11. Never came. Their own tracking info says it went to my post office and never came to me. The shop app says it never came. I have written 7 emails and contact us forms. 2 replies. First one said tracking number says delivered and I should ask neighbors if they stole it. I wrote back and reiterated that it never showed up that the tracking number says it never showed up in the shop app says it never showed up to please send me the products and the letter I receive back since we don’t offer refunds. I’m wondering if it’s a chat bot or the person doesn’t really speak English. I guess I’m gonna have to tell my credit card company and see if they issue a refund because of it. I have screenshots saying I didn’t receive it from the tracking and from the shop app. They’re absolutely horrible and now I see on here the bad reviews. They have no Facebook presence or Instagram presence and there’s no way to review them on website.
