Do not waste your money on these refills. I purchased multiple CO2 cylinders, and every single one in the batch has been defective. The cylinders leak heavily and completely empty after just 1 or 2 uses. For context, the cylinders I normally buy online consistently last me 2 to 3 months. These SimpliSoda cylinders lasted 1 to 2 days.
​To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer support, they were dismissive and refused to believe me unless I sent a video. Given how fast the gas escapes, capturing a video of an invisible gas leak before it empties is completely impractical.
​The fact that multiple cylinders are doing the exact same thing points to a severe quality control issue. Until SimpliSoda reaches out to me to process a full refund and send functional replacements, I strongly advise buyers to look elsewhere.

Simpli Soda is by far the best and cheapest CO2 exchange program out there. I have looked at all the brands exchange program's and Simpli Soda has them beat by a mile. For example, I have a total of 3 cylinders, once I put my 3rd cylinder in my machine I then order 2 cylinders from Simpli Soda (at the exchange price). Within in days i receive my 2 filled cylinders, I use the same box they came in and put my 2 used cylinders in the box and affix the return label they provide which covers the return costs. Once its scanned, its complete. I have never had any issues with the cylinders or their compatibility. Also for those that do not want to have an extra cylinder on hand, the company gives you 70 days to return the empties. There is no other company that gives you that long of time. They make it so easy and the pricing is the best! Just to be clear, I do not work for the company or have any incentives to give this review.

I have made at least 10 orders since I found them years ago. I have lost Count. They send the NEW Bottles in a Carton; it has a return label (Free Shipping with my orders) and you simply return the used Cylinders within 30 days. The Cylinders LAST, giving me 60 liters easily and they are compatible with my Sodastream unit. I would recommend them to anyone. I am also NOT EASY TO PLEASE, as I ran my own company.

Just got my SimpliSoda cylinders today! 100% compatible with my Soda Stream! Comes with a return label for my used cylinders. Very economical!

I was having some problems with sodastream cylinder exchange that weren't getting resolved, so I switched over to simplisoda. Simplisoda works perfectly. I've been using them for about 6 months so far and have done 3 exchanges so far. It's easy to use, it's been 100% reliable (never needed to contact support), and, although this wasn't my reason for switching, it also certainly doesn't hurt that the price is a little cheaper.

The folks at Simolisoda are really nice. the service, price, and delivery time is great!! However, I use both Simlisoda and the other brand --Unfortunatly, I find that there is moire carbonation in the other brand!! I usually get about 40 bottles from a tank from Sinplisoda cylinders, and about 50 bottles from the other brand!!!
I use the same device, and the same technique each time!! Why is there a difference??

They charged me after the fact for not reurning empited even though I returned two sodastream cylinders. Customer service gave a snappy reply that the large sodastream container I sent back does not count.

I used them for about a year, when I noticed the CO2 wasn’t lasting as long. I complained and they not only refunded my recent order, but diagnosed that the O rings on my old soda stream were worn out and sent me a FREE soda machine. 10/10 customer service and quality.

SIMPLI SODA! BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! APP SUCKS AND MAKES YOU DOUBLE ORDER DUE TO BEING A TERRIBLE APP AND HAVING TECH ISSUES, AND THEN MAKE IT VERY HARD TO DO ANY KIND OF RETURN BEWARE!!!!!! LIKE TO BLAME CUSTOMER FOR MAKING DOUBLE ORDERS WHEN THEIR APP MAKES IT LOOK LIKE THINGS ARE FROZEN!!!! BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!
