Simplex Eco Anmeldelser

I would highly recommend Simplex Eco for their expertise, flawless attention to detail and overall professional workmanship.
They first of all re-insulated my property and then returned to install a new boiler.
Under the government grant that funded the project, there had to be a thorough survey of my property done which was all worth it with the end result being free loft insulation and a free boiler installed.
The whole experience from start to finish was impressive from the office/admin staff, the guys who insulated the loft and the plumbers/gas engineers.
Couldn't be happier with the overall experience.

Couldn’t be happier! The installers did a brilliant job and explained everything clearly. Great experience overall.

The whole process was easy and stress-free. The team was polite, tidy, and professional. Thank you for the free boiler!

From the first phone call to the final check, everything was handled professionally. The free boiler has made a real difference, reliable, quiet, and perfect for the colder months.

I had a Boiler replacement done by Simplex Eco. Their boiler engineer Adam was on time and very professional in his work. He made extra effort in cleaning up any mess that was made during the boiler change.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent Service from Simplex Eco!

I recently used Simplex Eco and I’m really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. From the start, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done to a high standard.

It’s clear they take their work seriously and genuinely care about their customers. Everything was completed on time, and the results were even better than I expected.

I’d definitely recommend Simplex Eco to anyone looking for a company that’s reliable, professional, and easy to deal with. Great experience overall!

We have been impressed with all the personnel involved in our boiler and loft installation.
From start to finish everything has been explained in easy to understand terms.
We had a very old inefficient back boiler and now thanks to all the staff at Simplex Eco we have an combi boiler and we are already seeing a reduction in
our energy bill.
We would highly recommend them as everything was completed within 6 weeks from initial enquiry to completion.

We have been impressed from start to finish with the service we have received, from the office/ admin staff to the 3 engineers whom installed our new boiler. Everything was explained to us in detail, including a thorough conversation influencing our decision to opt for a heat boiler rather than a combi which better suited our needs as a family. The engineers were neat and tidy and very respectful. We would highly recommend.

The lady who sorted it was absolutely amazing.helped thoroughly throughout process
Understood my clients needs and worries
So helpful and explained everything thoroughly

Mom and dad had a back boiler and was approached to have a replacement under the eco 4 scheme. I was unsure to start with as I thought it was to good to be true with my parents being old I was worried about them having this done. But this company made this process smooth for us start to finish. Office staff are very helpful, within 6 weeks of my dad applying. They had a new boiler installed. Loft was also done and the gas safe engines took their time to explain everything to them. They had an ideal logic c30 fitted but did have the option to upgrade for an extra cost but opted to stay with the logic. We have had no issues now there Neighbor is also getting it done. Would recommend this company. I had LEE on the day of install.
