Svindlet for masse penger av Simplex.com…
Skulle motta penger fra en bok solgt på Bookis og trykket på en lenke via Postnord. Jeg ble bedt om å oppgi min kortinformasjon, noe jeg var så dum å gjøre. Har aldri hatt noe problem med dette før. Kort tid etter, ca 15 min, ble alle pengene jeg hadde på kortet borte, de hadde gått til Simplex.com. De driver med kryptovaluta, noe jeg aldri har kjøpt. Jeg tok kontakt med dem på chat, og ba om å få pengene tilbake, snakket vel med robot/AI.Ikke hørt noe fra dem enda. Dette er ren svindel! Skal politianmelde dette.

Kindly note, that Simplex is only the payment processor for Fiat to Crypto transactions and we do not ask for additional fees to be paid to receive your purchase nor do we provide any goods or subscriptions for cryptocurrency purchases.

Also, I have thoroughly reviewed your latest transaction and can see that it was indeed declined due to internal reasons which we find ourselves unable to disclose. Please be informed that the decision to decline your payments is made by our automated system based on various internal reasons and cannot be manually influenced or predetermined.
I’d like to highlight that we are a regulated financial institution, and our main activities include secure payment processing and fraud prevention. While we can always provide information about the statuses of our users’ payments, we are not always capable of disclosing the exact reasons as to why certain transactions may not have been successful.
We have no intention of turning our customers away for no reason, however, we must comply with various internal company policies. Unfortunately, due to this, we may sometimes have to reject payments without an explanation.
Although we are unable to provide any particular details behind this decision, nor can we guarantee the success of any future purchases, you are most welcome to try and issue a new transaction at a slightly later time.
