Great idea and excellent customer service. Looking forward to more fragrances!

I got introduced to simplescents by a friend of mind and and tried it out as it was an Irish company. For someone who only sicks to a couple of perfume brands, this was really simple, and economic way to find different types of perfumes and introduce me to a whole new world without breaking the bank.
The website is so easy to use and with the thought they put into the customer experience, made it really easy for me to choose the perfumes I wanted to test and try out based on the detailed information they give on the primary and secondary nodes that each perfume contains.
I love the packaging and the cards, I have been keeping these as a reminder of my favourites.
I recently had to get in touch with the support due to a simple question I wanted to ask and I have to say they customer service via email was second to none, thank you Niall.
Companies may have amazing products and services but what alot of business forget customers may want to just ask a simple question of find out more info and for me that was the most important reason I am writing this review. Not only you get the opportunity to try out expensive perfumes without breaking the bank, their customer service from my experience is a 5 star rating.

SimpleScents is an excellent company. Such a clever concept, a generous 8ml supply of a new, chosen by you, high-end perfume every month, for a very reasonable price. I started with the monthly plan and by month three I wanted the yearly plan. I look forward to the SimpleScents perfume posted to my door each month with the next new scent from my personally curated queue! I would recommend the subscription service 100%. Their customer service is wonderful. I'm delighted to be able to build a collection of expensive perfumes at an affordable price.

So I had to move house, and I had a subscription order set to arrive to my old address. I changed the address a day too late and was gutted.

I reached out and Niall was an absolute gentleman. Even though my order was set to go to my old house; he scheduled a completely new delivery to arrive at my new place.

I don't indulge in too many sites, but I will be staying with Simplescents for a while!

Simple Scents is a great option for those who want to explore the world of niche perfume but don't have access to in store retail environments. They keep the stock updated and are constantly working to add new scents. I have only ever had one issue with them and they immediately resolved it in an utterly charming way. I recommend the service to people all the time and will continue to do so.

I've been a subscriber for almost a year and I've received some fragrances I'd never have been able to try otherwise. The sample size is generous, and the selection is fantastic. New fragrances are being added all the time, and I think this is a must-have for anyone who loves perfume but wants to try before they commit to a full size. Really happy with the service and it would make a lovely gift.

They have a great selection of fragrance, however I would like to see a little bit more variety, especially in the niche bracket.

Really great service, with genuine fragrances in handy bottles that are much more practical than the standard. The sleek protective case and vial are perfect when on-the-go, especially when flying or at festivals. Customer service is great too, and haven't had any issues with my orders. Always on time and what I choose.
