I cancelled within 24hrs of signing up yet two weeks on I’m still waiting for my refund. Apparently it can take up to 28 days which in my opinion is completely unacceptable. Apparently it’s down to when the director can do it?!

My appointment with Sian was on time, extremely informative and helpful in navigating the legal process to get my will done , I would recommend your company to others.
Also she was bright and cheerful as well as well as efficient so thanks again to her

My husband and I booked an appointment for 9th May @ 11-00, however by 2-00 we had not been contacted so we called the office eventually the call was taken ,
we found that no one knew anything.After lunch break was over in the office we found out the person dealing with us could not contact the office due to no internet!!!. My Husband was not best pleased as he had to use a day of annual leave no one from the office got in touch with us to tell us our appointment had to be re-booked needless to say the appointment yesterday was good. Considering we spent a lot of money we are not happy with no one giving a reason until after lunch the day was wasted.

Amazing service from Shane today. Talked me through all my options and made what I thought would be a very stressful process rather easy to understand. I would 100% reccomend their services to anyone and everyone.

I've been putting off making a will for a bit too long now, but having been reminded of how important it is recently I finally stopped to talk to a rep from Simpler Law who had the thankless task of standing in a Supermarket trying to get passers-by to sign up. They were very flexible when I had to re-arrange my telephone appointment to make the will, and when we finally got in touch the member of the legal team, Sean, who helped me explained everything clearly. There was the opportunity for a bit of upselling from the offer price I'd been given in the shop, but the purpose of everything was explained to me and I understood I had a choice about whether to go for add-ons like protecting the destination of my estate through a Trust (I did) and the monthly support fee (I did not).

I had attempted to be as organised as possible for the appointment but as I generally hate admin there were a few things I had to find out as we went along, but Sean was patient and used the time to flesh out the plan for my will as we went along. I now have a sound plan for the beneficiaries of my modest estate for when my time has come, and a backup plan for where the money goes in the event of an asteroid strike ending all of their lives at the same time as mine, should the lawyers survive.

Dan made the whole process easy. To the point the will was so clear and concise that I got probate in a day. Thanks to his water tight work I have been fully protected against other family members leaving me homeless. My father’s wishes were clear and backed up by Dan’s good work.

The experience was good I believe that the agent was very thorough with his questions, explained any concerns I had & navigated me through the best options. The cost element was another aspect due to the service that suited me best cost more than I expected. It would be better to give an idea of cost earlier in the review.
