Fast service, fixed car quickly and with no issues. I had filled an empty vehicle with petrol instead of diesel and then driven it! Lesson learned.

Great service. Mis-fuelled my car at the petrol station. Called the AA and they sent out Simple Fuel Solutions. The man was there in about 20mins, quick and easy and no problems with the car afterwards.

Excellent speedy service. Put diesel into my petrol car.Tom from simple fuel solutions was with me within 90 minutes. He drained tank, checked under the bonnet and did a diagnostic check then put some petrol in my tank. Very pleasant young man and car is running well . Thank you.

This company is exceptional Tom arrived before the allotted time he calmed me down and proceeded to drain all the petrol and he then added a little diesel and I was done within an hour. They were sent by my breakdown company called Driver Guardian who were also brilliant

Found out that diesel cars just won't run on petrol.

Gave these guys a call and they were on the job within half an hour, which is totally awesome since I didn't phone them till nearly 10 at night.

They drained the tank, cleared out the fuel system and injectors and stuck £20 of diesel in the tank.

All's good, saved the day, great service.

I accidentally put the wrong fuel into my car and had to call for help the service engineer came out and was so nice and understanding pushed my car away from the pump to a safe place .he was reassuring and got on with emptying the tank and put petrol in tried it and let me on my way I would recommend the company anytime and his name was Tom

After I rather brilliantly (and for the first time in nearly 40 years of being a driver) managed to fill my diesel car with petrol, Tom came to the rescue. He arrived within half an hour of me reporting my mistake and within another half an hour had drained and flushed my car. It started immediately and has run smoothly ever since. Thanks Tom, you saved me a LOT of money.

Very good company, despite delay at previous job I was kept informed re eta. On arrival Tom was courteous explained what was going to happen. Worked in adverse weather conditions. Would use again (hopefully not, costly mistake) as this was a courtesy car I would have been charged double the cost if I had gone to them. Thanks Tom

After stupidly misfueling my car late on a Friday night, I done a quick search online for help and came upon this company. One phone call later and they were at my door an hour later after coming down from Glasgow to South Ayrshire. The technician was very quick, efficient and knowledgeable and had my car sorted in 15 mins which was a big relief. Very pleased with the service provided,

Jamie was 1st class. Polite and informative. Couldn’t have asked for any better service in a distressful situation.

Excellent attitude and knowledge from the mechanic who attended and got us going pretty quickly. The only downside was the 3 hour wait from the point of calling. That said we did call the RAC who sub contracted. Unable to say what the response time actually was but they do have a huge area to cover. I’d recommend going directly rather than through the rac as membership didn’t cover silly mother in law events.
