Extremely Poor Customer Service and No Response
I planned to place an order for 80 units of Ionic Zinc, and Core Nutrition Biotin Vegan Spray produced by SVC Labs, trading as Wellness Factory, Simple Company).
The products appeared as available on their website, so on 13 November, I emailed customer service to ask about stock levels and expiry dates, as this information is not shown online.
After two days without a reply, I sent another message. Still no response, so I called customer service. I spoke to a sales representative who confirmed she had received my emails and said she would reply soon. Two days later, she told me that none of the products I requested were available. I showed her the links showing the items in stock on the Well-factory website. She said she would check and get back to me, but I received no update.
I have called her every day since, and she always tells me she is still waiting for the Online Wellfactory Team to respond. When I asked for the contact details of the Online Team, she said she could not provide them.
I have now been waiting 20 days just to receive basic information about stock availability and expiry dates.
I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by Simple Company
