Beware SCAM: Misleading Claims and Poor Service

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They falsely advertised themselves as a genuine AI provider, but it turned out they were just a third party, misleading customers. I paid for their service expecting advanced AI capabilities, but instead, I received terrible service that fell far short of any reasonable standard.

What’s worse, when I tried to get a refund due to their subpar service and deceptive practices, they refused to return my money. It felt like they simply stole from me, hiding behind vague terms and poor customer support.

If you value your time and money, I strongly advise you to avoid this company. Their dishonest tactics and awful service make them completely untrustworthy.

I think the fact that the whole orchestration is so easy and simple to execute. I come from RPA background but this is something that does more than just solve the rule based issues. The UI , the workflow amongst other features makes it seamless and easy to use.

I tried Simplai after their team has given a demo , i must say the platform is built with utter simplicity and our team needn’t to worry about using any specific LLM and almost all the external tools we are using are listed for quick integrations thus made us start on pilot immediately.
